Criminals. This type of scam should be banned from social media sites. Shame on Facebook, YouTube, all of you.

I ordered a fire feature in January and no update on order status other a delay email and no other response. I believe this is a scam company

Why we should give this company a star. They deserve zero reviews . Why YouTube allowed this adds for all those reviews they should stop that immediately. It’s a scam and we’ve been scammed and steal our money. Bring back our money ..

This company does not deserve a star. Placed an order a month ago and still haven’t seen it. No response from customer service about the order. Total sham!

No product received. They even say do not call your credit card company. No response ever from them. Scam

Merchandise never arrived. Email address they give doesn't exist. Total scam

Can’t even provide a tracking number after almost ten days since purchase. Can’t trust businesses like that

They have been moving the delivery date, then saying they're late, then saying it is delivered even when their tracking shows it has not left the factory. They do not respond to email even at their support email address. So far as I can tell, they took my money and ran. Their Tracking has said "Out for Delivery" for a couple weeks.

Order two pairs of shoes only one turned up, which were packaged in a too small bag and in poor condition (defective to wear) when emailed, I was met with an incredibly unhelpful AI email response and after 15 or so emails I was told it was too late to return, even though they refused to acknowledge only one pair of shoes had turned up which had arrived 6 weeks after I ordered them.

Boots arrived not as advertised. Size 7 but can't get a foot in. U able to refund just keep getting automated emails contridicting and offering ridiculous payment options. Ultimately it would cost me more in post, taxes and the company compulsory £15 service charge than I would receive as a refund and I'm not convinced I'd get a refund. I would advise not to buy from this company unless you like throwing your money away.

Terrible quality, offered 15% refund for items I asked to return. Terrible customer service. Sent from China but this is not obvious on website. No return address in same country as me.

The knitted upper sandals are really poorly made and look nothing like the picture on the website. Really really disappointing!

Avoid this cowboy company like the plague!!

Order took an age to arrive, nearly a month, and now they have arrived, Yay, the quality is appalling, my eleven year old could have made better slippers, you'd be better going to your local market or car boot sale if you want cheap Chinese rubbish.

They look nothing like the photos, and frankly I wouldn't let my husband been seen dead in these!

I've asked for a return and full refund, but I won't be holding my breath, based on the other reviews.

False advertising, shoes look nothing like website, cheap, plastic rubbish even tho advertised as leather. They also don't understand what a FULL REFUND means, same as previous people saying kept offering percentages off and just to keep them, would keep them even for free. Absolutely terrible company to try and speak with. £30 wasted, however I'd still rather pay for the return just to get rid.

So I ordered 2 pairs of shoes around 3 weeks ago and they said delivery would take 3-4 business days and still haven’t arrived, I have emailed them 3 times and they only got back to me the first email saying they’ll look into it and since then I haven’t heard anything back so I’m gonna keep trying to get my money but but seems like a scam website

Truly awful. Do not waste your money. Shoes arrived and are very clearly a cheap knock off of the shoe listed on their website. There a number of clear differences between the two, the stitching, the buckle, the quality of the leather. I genuinely would not be surprised if they sold these shoes in a pound shop, the quality is so poor.

After asking to return the shoe I was given 2 options: pay £9.95 for a new pair of shoes (why would I want to do that?) or receive 15% off the shoes and keep them (later doubled to 30%, other reviewers seem to have been offered 50%..). No where on the website is it communicated that these shoes were coming from China. I would not have ordered these shoes if they were coming from China. Its incredibly duplicitous to start spouting 'environmental concerns' re returning these shoes when the very same company manufactures cheap, poorly made shoes and ships them half-way across the world.

A company to be avoided at all costs unfortunately.

Ordered some shoes on 2nd May was told they would deliver within 4/6 working days, arrived yesterday 2nd June! A whole month, tried to cancel order on the 8th May but they would not let me, they arrived yesterday and are faulty, I asked for a returns postage label and apparently i have to pay the returns to China!!! Shocking company!!
