If I could give zero stars that would reflect my experience

Applied online for Streambank's 1 year fixed rate server on May 1st. The online process was tedious compared to other bank offerings, but eventually you are given a user code and establish an appropriate password. You are then given a one time authentication code to access their website the first time and are informed that you might need to wait up to 3 hours for an account number and sort code to invest into this account.
So far so good.
After 6 hours I had not received an account number or sort code so duly phoned their contact number. I was held in a queue, no information was forthcoming about my position in the queue, but was informed that they were receiving a large number of calls and maybe I should use their ring-back service.
Oh dear alarm bells started to ring, you might expect this message if you were an established customer, but not when attempting to be a new one.
After 20 mins I selected their ring-back service and never received a call back so no way could I support their excellent customer service reviews as never managed to engage with them.
At 22.30 I still had no details about my account number or sort code on either their website or by email.
I used their website messenger to state that they can remove my account.
Fortunately I lost nothing but time, but have to say I was less than impressed with their performance.

I have been shopping from liberty flight for many years now, always happy with the product, delivery & way to pay.
