Excellent Quality of products I have the wrist straps , lifting straps and lifting belt , Also just ordered some Nike romalaeo 4s , The customer service is the best I have come by , I made a mistake a forgot to put my discount code in (My fault rushing) but strength shop gave me next day delivery, I also paid for next day delivery on the straps but due to a fault with the courier arrived 2 days late , again as a good will gesture strength shop refunded me my delievery cost. Really quick response with the emails -Thankyou Strength Shop will recommended use

I recently had an issue regarding one of the third party products Strengthshop’s sell on their site.

It didn’t function the way I’d hoped so I contacted them through email. Their customer service team couldn’t have been more helpful and resolved the matter beyond what I could have wished. I only emailed to notify them of issues with the product but they went above and beyond.

Just a great company.

Strength Shop is, without doubt, one of my finds of lockdown. They provide fantastic quality products at excellent price points, and the personal level of service is incomparable: They even provided me with extra nuts and bolts to fix an issue with a prowler I had bought earlier from a different supplier! Simply great.

I have been using Strengthshop for a good 10 years and never had a problem with their products. I just recently set up a Home Gym and I am really pleased with the equipment and the customer service is top notch.

The best weights by a mile. I don’t know how I would of got weights in lockdown if it wasn’t for these guys! Ignore all bad reviews these are 100% the best ones around - without a doubt!!! Don’t go anywhere else. These are the BEST.

DO NOT USE. I saw many clients saying the service was terrible however I was desperate for weights. I was told 12-14 days delivery. Once order I received an email saying they could not fulfil the order currently. I tried contacting them via email and Instagram and was just ignored. I had to contact my bank to get my refund!
