Update: after the below issue with the lock jaw collars the company reached out after reviewing the videos again and immediately offered to send out replacements. Not only that but Chris selected a pair of collars that they know are better suited to the olympic barbell handles I have. Cannot fault this company for their swift response and resolution. And offering a different collar type that they recommend shows great professionalism and knowledge

recently bought knee sleeves and wrist straps. Had 4 pairs of knee sleeves, they are brilliant. Wrist straps however are the opersite, they are very brutual on your palms and on your wrists when lifting especially dead lifts. Wish i tried the thicker straps now rather than the £8.99 ones.

Ordered a lever belt, got it, it was a size small got an exchange, but they forgot to send back the actual lever, then I emailed about it and they sent in in 2 days, overall took a bit long delivery wise, but product quality is perfect and the customer service was also extremely good

I have ordered many times from Strength shop. Good quality products with good delivery times. Staff are also very knowledgable and helpful. They have even resent a delivery with a different delivery company in the past when my order did turn up.

Great Lever Belt. Had one for 6 years and someone stole it from the gym. Just got a new one. I love this 10mm Riot Steel lever Black belt. Can’t lift without.The Customer Service is Outstanding at Strength Shop

I ordered an olympic bar sand am waiting for it since 3 month unbelievable
Been returned and sent back and been returned again
Are they kidding strenghshop and Ups never delivered it to the right adress (2 times)

I bought the black olympic bar and some collars for my home set up, very happy with the products, great value for money. I had a slight shipping issue, which after emailing them, was sorted.
Would recommend Strength Shop based on my purchase and experience

I had to cancel my order as it wouldn't arrive fast enough for my competition and they responded with a full refund within 16 hours as the order wasn't dispatched and fully processed yet. Very happy with their customer service, emailing them worked great. Safe to shop from them :)

Ordered a belt a week ago, since I found out that they´re very good for the price. I haven´t received the package yet, but I can tell that it´s very good. My taste never lies. Social credit +100

The customer service from this company is first class. I bought a weights bench and some equipment from them in Sept and due to illness didn't unpack the boxes they were shipped in until the following January. In transit the very secure packaging had been deliberately damaged. I'd noticed this on arrival but didn't check the contents - the fault was mine and the person who deliberately cut holes in the box and stole the nuts and bolts assembly package inside, not the company's. On assembly, it became apparent that these were obviously missing. I contacted the company after business hours one day, had a reply before normal business hours the following morning and only a couple of days later, have had confirmation that a replacement nuts and bolts package is on its way. I don't believe that they had to do this and neither did I expect them to without further charge but they did both. The original price, purchase process and timing of the delivery was spot on. The equipment looks extremely well made. I can't comment on how well the weights bench performs until I put it together but if it's anything like the customer service provided by this company it will be very good indeed.

Amazing customer service, they never miss a email and always try and solve any issues as quickly as possible with care and consideration.

Barbell got lost with couriers but eventually a replacement was delivered by Dee. I have provided feedback to Strength Shop and hope that they communicate more effectively in the future when such a delay occurs.

I ordered 2 heavy kettlebells on Sunday night & received them on Tuesday. Fantastic shipping, fantastic products at a considerably lower price than Rogue or other big box brands, & amazing customer service. Customer for life here!

I ordered the thor elbow sleeves in an xl which were to small , I returned them for an exchange my replacement sleeves in xxl were sent within 2 days of them receiving my returned item great customer service .the sleeves are amazing they support my old elbows so I can push that extra weight and reps without them hurting for a few days .I will be ordering some knee wraps very soon .

Fantastic Value for money. Admittedly the bench I bought was reduced on clearance, but it's still a hell of a lot of bench for the money, which I don't think can be beaten.
I did have some issues, but these were partly down to a misunderstanding on my part, and resolved quickly when brought to the attention of Mathew, so I can happily recommend this company to anyone looking for Gym equipment.

We have been customers of Strength Shop for a number of years and have always been very satisfied with its products and with the service we have received. The other day a cable on a piece of equipment, after a number of years of use, broke and the Customer Care team when asked quickly found a replacement cable. They did so in a friendly and efficient manner. I can therefore recommend Strength Shop.

Just received the bar and I’m really happy! I emailed customer care to get some more information before my purchase and the reply was very swift. I made the order and bar came next day via ups. Really well packaged, was in a tube which was then in a rectangular box. Previous times I have ordered barbells from other places they only come in the tube, so really great that it was double protected from Strength Shop. Nice finish, very smooth sleeve rotation, no noises and smooth finish on the sleeves. Weighed 14.6kg which is great, with the collars on weighs 15kg, added 2.5kg fractional plates on both sides and I get a 20kg bar :-D

*I have to preface I ordered a similar 6ft international bar from Mirafit and I was very disappointed. The price was the same but quality very poor. Firstly the bar didn’t weigh anywhere near 15kg, it was about 13.2kg. This really throws off being able to correctly weight the bar for progression in training. The next thing was that the sleeves were really crunchy and rattle when spun. Not smooth at all, one side was worse then the other. That was £130 down the drain as a barbell is too hard to return. Ended up selling it on gumtree for £100, making a £30 loss.*

In contrast my experience and product delivered by Strength Shop - fantastic! If you need a 6ft international barbell, this is the one to get, you won’t be disappointed! If I had to make one critique it would be to have a slightly coarser knurling - but to be fair this is an olympic bar and not a power bar. The other thing I would suggest to Strength Shop is to label the bar as a 6ft international barbell. I could only find two places that sold this barbell. Then one day I was looking on your website and found it! If it was labelled differently probably would have ordered sooner and not made the mistake with Mirafit.

Will definitely order again from you, I like your 2028 barbell, probably will be my next purchase. Thanks again for great customer care and fantastic barbell!

I’ve shopped a number of times at strength shop and they have always gone the extra mile. Their equipment is top notch and also ethical witch is really important for me.
Recently I was looking for a belt without the buckle as I already have one and they came back to me with a solution really quickly and facilitated a smooth transaction.
Previously my buckle broke and was replaced quickly with no fuss.
Great company.
