Had a bit of a problem when my order arrived. Reece had the issue sorted and a replacement with me the following day. Was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently it was dealt with. The knee sleeves I ordered are a great fit and great quality!

Very helpful team, quick responses to queries and help with regards my exchange.

I've bought a few things from Strength Shop in the past, including a weight belt and barbell clasps. All of it has been of great quality and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend as a place to find serious lifting accessories and apparel.

Strength Shop is where we always get our supplies. Everything is always done in a very efficient manner. A minor delivery issue arose as a result of Brexit taxes, but I dealt with the extremely helpful Reece, and he fixed it immediately, even if wasn't his faunt. In the future, I really hope they open a warehouse in Ireland.

Strengthshop have now sent me a replacement set of Jhooks which are a great job - much better design over the previous with the addition of extra reinforcement.

Shout out to Reece, Katie and the management team for helping to get this sorted.

I bought a Thor power rack from Strengthshop in 2022 and all was good. Unfortunately now one of the jhooks supplied with the rack has begun to bend downwards, and is now at a 45 degree angle. I contacted Strengthshop to see if they could help. Having been a customer of theirs for over 10 years, I expected the usual good customer service, the same as I've had with any previous issues. Unfortunately I was told that they wouldn't send a replacement and insultingly offered me 5% off a new pair.....needless to say this was extremely disappointing. To have ANY part of a power rack fail within 2 years of HOME use (not even commerical) is unacceptable - it's not only a quality issue, but also a very serious safety issue.

I have used The Strength Shop twice now. Great choice and value. When there was a delivery issue with my second order (courier issue) the customer services team were great and sorted things immediately with a replacement arriving within a few days. Would certainly recommend and will be using again.

A wide variety of products, ranging from the cheapest but good quality items for beginners, to more costly but economical competition-standard items for intermediates, and possibly experts.

For beginners to any sort of weight training, Strength Shop is a gateway drug. They offer a first foray into this world, without costing the Earth. Highly recommend their competition legal stuff for those looking to try out a competition or three.

I had an really good experience today. After my sleeves had torn slightly I contacted customer services and was in contact with Katie m. She sorted out my query and asked for a few measurements of my leg so that she could recommend the correct sleeve size, which is bought too small! They sent out a brand new pair, in the correct size! Couldn't fault them at all.

So, for context I am writing this having used StrengthShop since around 2016 and having placed 4-5 large orders in that time. I've been using their kit before then (as they supplied my old Crossfit box) and ever since. At time of writing I have over half a tonne of their kettlebells, two of their maces, a pylo box and a bumper plate in my lounge, along with a load of other stuff in my gym bag.

There is none better, especially when you factor in price. StrengthShop are incredible value for the quality of kit you're getting. The market is flooded at the moment, but I won't use anyone else. I've never had a problem with anything I've ordered from them, nor have I known anyone to have a problem. Their stuff is bomb proof.

Moreso than the quality of their kit I have to comment on their excellent service. I've been hassling them with ideas on social media, for which they've always been polite and courteous in entertaining. On the one issue I had (entirely due to UPS...) their customer service was nothing short of excellent in getting it resolved. I could tell just from the conversation we had they genuinely cared and were equally annoyed at the situation.

Exceptional product. Excellent people. Well worth your money. I'll be ordering more once I have the space for it!

I've been using Strength Shop for nearly 10 years, purchasing a wide range of products including a squat rack, dumbbell rack, various bars, gym flooring, bands, and kettlebells. They offer a comprehensive range of high-quality products at competitive prices. The website is user-friendly with intuitive navigation and detailed product descriptions. Additionally, their customer service is exceptional, always responsive and helpful with any enquiries. Highly recommended.

I had purchased one product online before being aware that there was a more preferred option. Contacted them and was easy to arrange a change. Strength Shop customer service is second to none! I've been buying from SS for about 15 years. My most recent purchase was a 48kg Kettlebell. It was sent from SS, but UPS apparently "lost it". SS quickly picked up the issue and sent out a replacement, they kept me informed over email throughout the whole process too! Absolutely amazing!!

Customer service is absolutely amazing! Such a quick response. Really happy with the products. Great company would recommend to anyone!

I've placed order two weeks ago, and my order hasn't even been sent, even though money from my bank account has been take. And the worst is that I can't cancel this order for some reason.
