I called Strut Channels Direct late in the afternoon with an order that I needed the same day to get out of a pickle, they couldn't have been happier to help.
They assured me they'd be able to do what I needed and that it'd be ready when I arrived to collect, I think the team might have even stayed late to do it.

Good communication. Even though the parts weren't available immediately, this was effectively communicated, which allowed me to plan. The goods were eventually delivered and this process was communicated well.

2.5mm strutchannel 3Metre
I ordered the 2.5mm galvanisd strutchannel for a project, the product is of good quality and very sturdy,
Had issues with delivery in that the scheduled delivery date wasnt met and i had to call to find that they was a 2 day delay however, second delivery date was met.
I would have appreciated a call to let me know there had been a delay instead of waiting all day for something that wasnt coming.
Like the product and the company though and purchase again.

Great service! Because I wanted the bits earlier I phoned in (as instructed on the site), and much to my pleasant surprise they were able to get them to me the very next day charging only standard shipping.
There was one part of my order that was incorrect, but when I phoned they had the correct parts to me the next business day. Well done Strut Channels Direct!
