The delivery wasn't brilliant with the cooker unpacked on the patio, then the cooker left in the kitchen with marks on it - which Greg at Knightsbridge helped with good advice to remove them.
Then when we turned on the ovens to burn off the manufacturing oils, the oven kept tripping the power even with a 50amp trip and just one oven on. It turned out to be damp in the oven which occurs between manufacture/shipping/delivery, which the engineer burnt off a few days ago by removing the earth connections.
Having had that fixed we decided to burn off the Teppanyaki grills only to find that only one of the 2 Teppanyaki grills work and we have to wait 2 weeks until 30th January for another engineers visit.
On top of all of this the WiFi connectivity & Wolf app as listed on the UK spec and highlighted on Wolf's online videos doesn't work. Apparently its not available in the UK although none of the specs provided mention that.
None of this is what you would expect with a £22,000 oven
I would like to add that the service from Greg at Wolf, Knightsbridge has been excellent, hopefully we will end up being very happy Wolf customers.
The individuals I spoke with went out of their way to assist me, gave me practical advice to remedy the problem, which worked and saved me the cost of a call out and service. It was a most refreshing response.
Engineer fixed everything perfectly so very satisfied with his work and advice.

We love our new Sub-Zero fridge. The upgrade from our previous model is remarkable — it runs far more efficiently, stays impressively quiet, and keeps the interior noticeably drier, which has already made a difference in how long our food stays fresh. You can really feel the quality in the design and performance. Overall, we’re extremely happy with it.

When I moved into my house, my Wolf oven that I inherited did not work. A Wolf engineer visited my home in July 2025 and replaced a part. His report stated it then worked, but a couple of days later it did not. Since then, I have been trying to obtain a refund of £692.00 I paid to Wolf for the call-out charge, labour, and part, as I have been left with an oven that still does not work. They have offered to refund £399.99. Wolf claims that they do not have a refund policy and that any offer of reimbursement is purely a goodwill gesture!!!
Throughout this process, they have repeatedly changed their refund terms. Initially, I was told I would receive a full refund for the visit and the part if I purchased a new oven. When I agreed, they then stipulated that the replacement must be a Wolf oven. Unfortunately, Wolf no longer manufactures an oven that fits the existing space in my kitchen, and their current models are prohibitively expensive.
As a result, I am left with a non-functional oven and have been pressured to purchase a new Wolf appliance, despite there being no suitable like-for-like replacement. It's extremely poor customer service, when only another £300 to be refunded would have kept me a happy customer.
I have extensive notes on this matter, including 23 bullet points detailing phone calls, emails, and follow-ups and I will be taking this matter further.

Chef Elliot and Serge made it a really great experience with lots of very useful advice on cooking with and cleaning the appliances. Food and wine was delicious and generous too! Highly recommend it if you have just bought or are thinking of buying Wolf.

Very good experience. Excellent engineer. All done on time and in good time. Hopefully this means the company has recovered from its very poor service to domestic customers of a year or two ago.

My husband and I visited the Knightsbridge showroom for a demonstration with Chef Elliot yesterday. I would 100% recommend anyone who is considering buying a Wolf product to do the same. We had fantastic food served to us all whilst learning about the capabilities of the different appliances. Informative, fun and very helpful. We are looking forward to new oven being delivered now with new skills learnt!

A Fantastic experience, hosted by the Sub-Zero and Wolf team at Mayfair, all were completely impeccable and the host Chef, Elliot Johnson-Paul was brilliant, food tips, product demo's and menu served by was excellent, definitely recommend to anyone considered or has already purchased their products - well done everyone!
