Dealing with Wolf has been a brilliant experience. Greg Hughes presides over the Knightsbridge showroom and helped us choose the right oven - and get it delivered. Later a fault was repaired by a very knowledgeable engineer - and the call out was easy to arrange. Yesterday I attended "Master Your Wolf" - a demonstration in the showroom basement by a talented chef. I was served high quality food, have two pages of useful tips and was given a goody bag. I have previously attended nine (paid for) day long cookery classes - mainly at Cordon Bleu in Paris. At none of these (rather expensive) days did I learn as much useful information. Thank you Chef Elliot Johnson Paul - and thanks Wolf for a great customer experience.

I attended a "Master your Wolf appliances" demonstration with Elliot Johnson-Paul demonstrating and showing off the Wolf appliances. It was excellently organised with his fantastic team. For example I learnt that I had been using my own wolf oven in a possibly "less than best" way.

It was hugely informative and helpful - plus we ate like kings and took away some very good tips and recipes. I would definitely recommend attending a demonstration ! Thank you to Elliot and the Fabulous Team Wolf!

Outstanding service from Wolf engineer who came to resolve issues with our double oven following a mains power short circuit. Engineer was polite, efficient and knowledgeable and completed the work quickly. Outstanding service!!!

The experience was very easy to register. The venue and food prepared amazing. The demonstration took place on equipment we did not own. However, we went earlier and had a one on one tuition on our appliances which was invaluable. The demonstration reinforced some of our newly learnt knowledge.

Incredible and insightful day spent on the ‘Mastering the Wolf’ demonstration. We are considering purchasing Wolf ovens and felt this day would be a good introduction.
The best customer service throughout the day, I left feeling throughly spoilt.
To watch Elliott cater for us all in the showroom kitchen was a real privilege and the food was exquisite. The best roast chicken I have ever tasted.

His knowledge of the product and his passion for good food really was so impressive and I left certain in my mind of the set up that would work best for us.

Thank you to Greg for sorting out my order of pans so efficiently and the speedy delivery on Christmas Eve. It is very much appreciated.

We have 2 M series Professional ovens purchased I emailed the below yesterday and have not even had the courtesy of a holding response:

"To clarify we reported this fault back in early September and to be told at this late stage that our ovens will not be in working order until the New Year is unreasonable especially considering your website boasts “Our appliances are meticulously crafted and expertly engineered, bringing professional quality to the home.”. What about Christmas? I have 26 people coming for Christmas break from Christmas Eve until after Boxing Day. I know my husband has even asked if fans can be taken from your showroom models so we can have working ovens for Christmas, but this request has been refused.

Clearly the ovens we have been supplied missed out on the meticulous crafting!

For your information I have attached emails showing some of the past issues we have had with the ovens clearing showing that from the start they have not been fit for purpose and should have been replaced long ago.

Unless your company can come up with a solution to this unacceptable delay by either repairing or replacing them you will leave us no other alternative than to take legal action against Sub Zero Wolf Ltd under our Statutory Rights, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Limitation Act 1980.

In preparation for the action we may need to take if the ovens are not replaced or repaired please provide me with your company complaints procedure, the full name and contact details of your Managing Director and a copy of the 5 year warranty we purchased with the ovens.

To clarify our position, the two M Series Professional Ovens supplied by Sub Zero Wolf Ltd have repeatedly underperformed or not worked correctly, the enamel has come off and the unbreakable glass screen has cracked. Trying to get the ovens repaired under the warranty has been difficult to say the least. We believe that the units provided were faulty from the beginning and should be replaced. If they are not replaced, we require them to be fully repaired, for the warranty to restart from when they are repaired and a refund of 50% of the original cost. "
For expensive and supposedly quality products they are shoddy and not worth the money and thier service is even worse.
