The carrier left the order in a different location and one of my neighbours gave it to me some hours later. I was at home all the day as per the email noticing range of hours for yesterday. But instead of leave it in the proper address he left it in another

The maintenance man kindly rang me and asked if he could come it turned out to be over a week earlier slot than I had been given, I am planning to have a party and with no fridge it would have been really difficult so I was thrilled. He was efficient and knew exactly what was wrong and swiftly fitted the new part. Just amazing.

I initially made contact with sub-zero Wolf on 5th September 2024 I then paid the £250.00 call out charge and I was given an appointment on 17th September. During this visit the engineer, tried to fix the oven but was unable to do so a part had to be ordered and another visit was scheduled for 27th September. By now we have already been without an over for a month. This visit was then cancelled at the last minute and rescheduled for 30 September, the engineer was still unable to fix it so is coming back on 11th October with a senior engineer by this time we will of had no oven for 6 weeks. The company have no urgency about them.

Great afternoon spent at a sub-zero & wolf demonstration, learning how to use all my appliances properly and eating the lovely food cooked on them by a great chef!

We well organised, a small group, very convivial. Our hosts kept up topped up with wine and refreshments. Liv, the chef was excellent, we really enjoyed eating what had been cooked and we feel more confident in using our steam oven. Highly recommended

A first class & more importantly friendly & proactive customer service! Help with the issue & then identifying the replacement bulb to purchase online.
Your need to sort out the website is dies not come up on searches & then blocked me. The agent had to mail me the link to purchase the bulbs which make no sense particularly for a company if your scale.

Do not purchase from this company. We bought brand new sub zero fridge freezer and wolf professional double oven in October 2022 and have had to have an engineer out multiple times since installation due to faults with both including loose fan parts, fridge door errors and the whole unit tripping our main electrics due to a known issue they have with how they ship them over from the US. The customer service is so appalling - they consistently let you down saying the engineer will come as his first visit of the day and at times he has not arrived until past 4pm on the day promised. When you complain they do not care, they just say we’ll do our best. For such expensive appliances I would strongly recommend you spend your money elsewhere, we used to have gaggenhau and never had these issues. Terrible customer service, faulty and unreliable appliances - avoid!

This was really an exceptional demonstration. Chef Elliot produced delicious food. The staff were wonderful and knowledgable. It has swayed from another brand and I’ve already recommended to friends. It was more like a wonderful experience than a product demonstration. Love the products.
