Shipped the item the day after I…
Shipped the item the day after I ordered and was wrapped with plenty of bubble wrap to ensure protection. They also included some cool little stickers, will definitely go through sugo for future purchases.

Avoid their Ichiban Kuji
Don't buy the Ichiban Kuji from their website, it's a fraud! If you're hoping to get their "last ticket item", you don't. I purchased the last remaining tickets for the Animal Crossing Ichiban Kuji and didn't get the final item. I even tried to message them about it, got no response back as of making this review....

I would like to extend my sincerest apologies for the disappointment and inconvenience you've experienced regarding your recent Ichiban Kuji purchase from our website. We have conducted an investigation and discovered that due to an unfortunate glitch in our previous kuji system, the final prize didn't show up in our dispatch system. This was indeed an error on our end and I would like to assure you that we have rectified the issue to prevent such occurrences in the future.
We have expedited the dispatch of your missing last prize on early June and you should have receive it by now.
