I had a good experience with this company. Customer service was friendly and prompt, not pushy. My rug was exactly as pictured and, and i love the design. Delivery time was exactly as indicated (maybe less). The wool sheds quite a bit, not sure if this is a quality issue or having to do with the natural fiber. Overall I am pleased.

We received delivery of our personalised rug within about 6 weeks from order and love it! It is great quality, and the design is just as we wanted. We ordered a second rug as soon as the first one was delivered but can't comment on that one as yet as we're still waiting for delivery

I ordered a custom made felt ball rug and the team couldn't have been more helpful - sending colour samples, and the finished product was well worth waiting for. It's beautiful, the colours are very intense and exactly what I wanted. Everyone who sees it loves it.

I loved the look and feel of the rug. After a few weeks it started to shed, and after about a month I had to trim it as it was looking awful and my sofa was covered in wool, like I had a very log hair pet. Not sure if this is normal to have to spend an hour every month trimming the rug?

I do loved it and looks great after its trimmed, but a week in and it look furry again...

Our rug is absolutely gorgeous... It is so soft, bouncy and comfortable under foot. It looks gorgeous against our wooden floorboards and is perfect. It is chic, stylish, and a lovely rug to fill the space between bed, wardrobe and bedroom door. We were looking for a circular rug for a while to fill the spot and so pleased we went with this. Well worth the extra cost for quality and style, without the additional worth of the ethical merits on top of this.
