I would order again any time! Exactly the colors and size as I wanted it.
I was affraid that maybe it would smell strange - but nothing ad all! Anytime again! Very nice service.

je viens d'avoir des explications un peu tardives sur le long délai de livraison. je comprends mais j'aurais aimé le savoir plus tôt. Donc je mets un avis neutre en attendant de recevoir mon échantillon . Et si tout se passe bien ,alors je mettrai un avis très positif .

perfect service, good quality, fast delivery, personally

We were quite suspicious if everything would work out as ordered, especially because there was this big earthquake in Nepal 2015 shortly after we placed our order, but everything was perfect! The price was like indicated (no extra fees from customs or anything else).

The only sad thing is, that the rug looks a lot darker than it looked in the pictures online. We like it anyway.

Na maanden wachten vertoonde het bestelde tapijt duidelijke fouten. Tapijt werd opnieuw opgehaald en een nieuw tapijt zou geleverd worden.
Na opnieuw maanden wachten werd een nieuw tapijt geleverd maar motief was verschillend van eerste tapijt en de WITTE hechtingsdraden waren zichtbaar. De kwaliteitscontrole laat te wensen over. Een commerciële tegemoetkoming zou op zijn plaats geweest zijn, maar helaas. Tapijt geplaatst op een weinig zichtbare plaats.

It came as expected. No bad surprises at all

I was a bit worried as I've never ordered anything like this before. They said six weeks for delivery but it was at my doorstep in less than four. I love my feltball rug. It is exactly what I wanted. Very happy. My piece of art on the floor!

We recieved our new rug two weeks ago. It looks great and everything went well. Easy ordering process, great E-Mail Support, top quality and pretty fast delivery, considering it has been made in Nepal.

My rug arrived 7 days after I ordered it, and I received a card that named the artisan who made it. The rug is gorgeous and the service felt personal. Delivery was MUCH faster than I anticipated.
