I had a great experience

I had a great experience purchasing a solar energy system from sun.store S.A. with delivery to Ukraine. The payment process on our side was quite challenging, as our bank repeatedly requested additional documents and information, which significantly delayed the transaction.

Throughout this entire process, Sebastian was extremely supportive, responsive, and attentive. He stayed in constant contact, patiently assisting with every request and helping to move things forward despite the difficulties.

The marketplace itself is very convenient and user-friendly, and the level of customer support is truly outstanding. I highly recommend sun.store S.A. to anyone looking for a reliable and professional partner in the solar industry.

I do not recommend delivery through…

I do not recommend delivery through sun.store if you do not have strong nerves. Very difficult communication, I do not respond within days

Totally unreliable

Totally unreliable. I have registered on sun.store and got approved as a seller on 17 Nov 2025. I listed my products on their store and sent them 7 reminders to upload the product details but nothing has been done yet. As for their offered sellers most of the offers are misleading and the sellers are unreponsive

Very bad

Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts, we have been unable to contact the user. Based on our investigation, we did not identify any negligence on the part of our merchants, and we are struggling to understand the reason for such a low rating.

Despite difficulties I continue to use this platform.

There were issues with account access that took a long time to resolve and I had to make online noise to get that resolved.

Un what app et un seul mec inconnu qui répond parfois et parfois rien pendant un mois

Le site met en relation comme sur Ali express des acheteurs pro avec des vendeurs

Le prix affiché à la commande est souvent majoré à l’ajout au panier sans aucune explication

Les pro répondent en 2h faux parfois zéro réponse en semaine

La livraison ?ou la confiance ?aucune

Great extra tool for solar components trading

I've been at Sun.store for a few months now, and so far I have gone through only a positive experience with this marketplace: agile and comfy interface, proactive and reactive feedback of BDM and their back office. On top of that, a personalized approach to each seller enables to approach each issue individually providing the most relevant solution. Can't wait to have more closed sales on Sun.store!
