Gummies are usually a lock on quality I’ve had good luck with various sizes and flavors. My luck with 2.0 ml vape cartridges hasn’t been very good. The cartridges have pretty uniformly got gummed up - even with preheating.

Ordered for the first time and waited for over a week until I finally reached out because my order hadn’t shipped yet and they replied with part of my order being out of stock. Then message me and tell me that or send what you can and reimburse me for what was out of stock. I shouldn’t have had to reach out to see where my order was. They did not offer anything to make things right.

Customer service and product are wonderful. One of the best d9 gummies out there!

I usually have great experiences with Sun State, however the vape I order does not work properly and I don't guess I have an account so I can't find how to return it.

Never received our order and had to call to follow up to get it on the way. Still has not arrived and our credit card has been charged

I wasn't able to process my order online so I called the number that was provided. The call was handled very professionally abd took only a few minutes. The product alwsys arrives within a week and I have never been disappointed with this product.

In addition to my bi-monthly subscription, we ordered two additional bottles because I was running low. It took about 4 weeks for the product to be delivered. I was out for three weeks. The tamper proof feature was not intact and the lids were loose. I spoke with one of your representatives and they told me they would send me replacement bottles that were properly sealed. That didn't happen. I also questioned the variability of the product. Your product at retail was inconsistent in appearance as well.

I like the products, your prices are reasonable, and I got my shipment fast. The gummies taste great. Haven't tried cbd drops yet. I'll let you know. My dog says thanks for the bacon flavored cbd drops. They do taste like bacon. Thank you!
