I needed my staircase to be refurbished, all was complete to the highest of standards. I was really satisfied with the quality of work this company provides. A company that truly cares about their clients needs

I could only fault one thing. My balustrade was slightly delayed by few days past my deadline but I guess good things take time 🤷‍♂️

Over all , I’m very happy with the quality of the work. And I would be definitely using SUN STUDIO for my other house. Cost effective , efficient and amazing quality.

We were
recommended Sun Studio London by a friend. We have been dealing with Arsham since our initial contact in November. He has been fantastic, dealing with our various changes. Our kichen took longer to complete but as soon as we were ready for Sun Studio to come to template they were here within a week and they turned around the finished product extremly quickly.

Our kitchen is now complete and we love it.

Brilliant customer service and i adored the glass work done!! Keep it up, i will be back 100%!!

This company however and the staff are worthy of all my time and I have chosen to send my compliments.

From the get go, they have been nothing but superb and quick in their handling of my glass work. The staff that I had been assigned were extremely kind and resourceful and helped every step of the way the best they know how.

The glasswork they had produced for me - at a reasonable price also if I may add l, was just beautiful and really a nice addition to the house.

Spectacular company and would recommend to all who see this and thinking of getting any glass work done.

I had come across the trustpilot review section only after I placed a order with SUN STUDIO.

to be honest if I had seen it before I would have not considered going with them but im glad for not only choosing them but for not coming across this review section :D
they met their deadline and eveything was on point with my staircase, despite the negative reviews , I believe people should also be quick to write positive reviews as well and give credit where its due. I am very happy with the guys and I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND :)

I was considering giving 3 stars, but my partner insisted they were only deserving of 2 stars.

We hired Sunstudio to install glass balustrades for our balcony/patios. At first we were happy, the company seemed professional. We went to their factory which was in an industrial estate. It was not flashy but they had all the kit to make the required products, so I was perfectly happy with this.

The customer service at the outset was also good and the sales representative was helpful.

After we paid our deposit this is when the issues began. The install was very late; well after the promised start date. I noticed a considerable lack of responsiveness and/or transparency when it came to this delay.

When the installation took place we found the workmen very polite and hardworking.
However, when there were outstanding issues it took a very long time for these to be corrected. The most painful experience related to the locks for our glass gates. These were installed with glue which was clearly not strong enough as the locks kept falling off. This only happened after we had paid the full amount. We were assured this would be fixed. From recollection it took over a month for them to re-glue the locks (even though I understood they would be drilling into the glass to secure them properly).

Unsurprisingly they fell off again within days. This was summer 2020! Since then their have been a mixture of empty promises and radio silence on repair. They have not fixed it and we have to use a makeshift remedy to prevent our 1 year old son from opening them and falling down the stairs!!

My opinion. This company can impress when looking for your business. When you have paid over your money, their service disappoints. I would not recommend them.

*Update* Shortly after posting this review I was contacted by the owner of this company with an offer to fix the outstanding work. However, a couple of weeks passed and absolutely no progress has been made.

I'm very pleased with the work Sun Studio has done on my antique mirror splash back! I would like to thanks Timi, Adrian and the fitting team, you have done a beautiful job! I would highly recommend Sun Studio without hesitation. Chantal

Yet anoher company that cannot be trusted and is stealing your money!!

Paid a deposit for a mirror, almost £900 for a larger project, but the mirorr never arrived. They said it became out of stock after I paid the deposit! But they refused to return the monies as they wanted me to chose something they actually can produce in their workshop...which is a totally different product. After waiting for several weeks I finally told them I will take them to court. I then received a threatening phone call from a Wembley police officer telling me to either 'sort it out " with the company or be arrested!! They actually reported me for stealing money from them!!! Krass.
No PCN given. When I tried to call Wembley police station and saw all the terrible reviews, I did not dare to take this matter further....these are very dubious circumstances
Please just stay away from this company !!!

I used this company for a refurbishment and at first they were very good however when a glass shelf they supplied for a mirrored surround fell off they were very rude and unhelpful and wanted over £400 to replace it taking no responsibility of their failure to install the shelf correctly. I would never deal with this company again
