I was so dubious that this would work. IT DOES WHAT THEY SAY. My tubs are both heated si quickly. Highly recommended.

I seen the Supa Heater advertised online. I had a couple of queries regarding the product, so I contacted the company via their online messaging facility. Mark Thompson replied and answered my questions very promptly.
I then purchased the Supa heater and it was dispatched the same day. As I'm located in Ireland it arrived 4 days later, which was great.
The heater is very well packaged containing several different plastic bags containing bolts etc, clearly labelled for assembly purpose.
It does take time to assemble the unit but the end product is very rewarding!!
I used Mark Thompsons YouTube assembly video which is a perfect guide. I paused the video as I assembled the heater & if I wasn't sure of something I just replayed that part of the video.
End result was I now have, at long last a great heater for heating the hot tub. I've been looking for a product like this for years.
It's very well balanced on two wheels and easy to move around. For me personally the first time I used it I connected the outside hose to the heater. It takes my tub 1hr 30min to fill. Because I used the Supa Heater, once the tub was filled it was already 37°! Before that I had no option but rely on the electric element in the hot tub which was so slow & expensive in comparison.
For me personally the pros of using a Supa Heater are, a quick hot tub turnaround & very reduced electricity bills!
Since my Supa Heater rolled into town , the electric element in my hot tub feels disconnected,, because it is!!

We have a 6/8 person wood fired hot tub, 4 hrs plus to heat, just over an hour on the gas, fantastic, one happy wife. Delivered within 24hrs, fantastic service , well done

Hi. Received our Supa Heater a few weeks ago for the wood-fired Hot Tub at one of our Cabins.
Takes a while to put together, requires some patience!
BUT...It's a game-changer!
No more constant trips down to the Hot Tub to add wood, or to check the temperature. Our 4-5 person Hot Tub heats from 8degrees to 40degrees in an hour. We live on the Isle of Skye, so the weather is never tropical...this has revolutionised the way we do changeovers & the time it takes for heating the tub. If you are having any doubts about ordering a Supa Heater, don't - just buy one... your setting up & use of a Hot Tub will change for the better, for ever! Saves so much time & uses hardly any gas.

Bought the supa heater for my lazy spa maldives hot tub which holds about 1000 litres, filled it was 18 degrees after 1 hr using supa heater it was up to 39 degrees extremely happy.

Not only is this a fantastic product, but the customer service was absolutely brilliant too! I bought the Supa Heater for our wood-burning hot tub because of how long it usually takes to heat up. Well, this little marvel took the water from ambient temperature to a toasty 39°C in just 40 minutes!

Now we’re using the tub way more often—not just because of the time saved, but also because we don’t have to mess around lighting fires. Just plug it in, drop in the hoses, and boom—ready to relax in no time!

It does arrive in component form, so you’ll need to put it together yourself, but don’t worry—it’s very straightforward. Just take your time and follow the "how to" video. I actually found it quite fun to build!

A big shout-out to Mark for calling me back and answering all my questions—really appreciated that peace of mind.

excellent heater' quality built dose what it says on the tin. give it a 5 star all day long mark is such a nice man to talk to he will answer any questions you ask

Wanted to give it a 4.5 star due to the appalling assembly video which desperately needs updating. However, the performance of the hater is so so good that it had to be a 5
It’s a case of would you like to go in the hot tub. Put the heater on go and get changed? go and get changed grab yourself a beer and it’s up to full temperature unbelievable.

I can’t believe how quickly this heats the water in my hot tub. Looking forward to reduced electricity bills.

Not used it yet or assembled but delivered as promised in timing sense and very helpful with advice I’m only holding back the 5th star because I haven’t used it or set it up

Easy to set up via You Tube video. Great customer service. What usually takes 3hours to heat up my wooden hot tub this great heater done it in less than 2. Highly recommend.

This Supa Heater is amazing,I cannot believe how quick the water heats up in my hot tub,our tub is a large oval shape and would normally take 24 hours to heat to 38 degrees but now only takes about 1 1/2 from cold and the following day only took 1/2 hour to reheat,so now we can decide to go into it on the same day which we had to plan before,I am certain it will cut down on electricity bill,the only down side was that the tank of gas cost £93.00 But I will monitor how long the gas will last, so it is quite expensive at the start but the joy of watching the temperature increase before your eyes is well worth the initial outlay,costumer service is also excellent from the initial purchase and online tutorials it is very straightforward, I wish I had this in the past...highly recommended 😀

Had my supaheater a few weeks now, and it's been a game changer getting hot tubs up to temperature after drain down between guests at my holiday lets.

Even though we have outside hot taps, they could never supply enough hot water and it was always hit or miss as to whether we could get the tub to 38 degrees in time for first arrival.

Had a few issues on first use as the ignighter wouldn't light, however after some head scratching this turned out to be a safety valve issue, so nothing to do with the heater itself.

Assembly was straight forward, although I did have a couple of missing bolts and washers. It would be really helpful for a spares pack, which appears to be the norm these days but not unfortunately with the Supaheater.

However, this was a minor inconvenience and I am more than happy with my purchase. Come the winter months it should really come into its own.

Used my SUPA heater for the first time and I was well impressed with how easy it was to heat my hot tub. The initial assembly was hampered by a faulty part but it was replaced very quickly. I would easily recommend this product as a fast and economical way of heating hot tubs.

Amazing Product, it has saved me a fortune in Electric, I have the Lazy Spa Singapore and had it on 35c, 24/7, I spent just over £100 in two weeks, shocking yes, I seen the Supa Heater and without any doubt bought it straight away, you won`t go wrong, I did a 800 litre fresh fill today via cold water mains feed flashed through the supa heater was done in less than 35 minutes at 38c. Just amazing buy one today, again i`m not into giving reviews out of boardom, I leave feedback on merit. Buy one today :)

I've had my Supaheater for a couple of years, and love how quickly it heats my above ground pool. This year, it sprung a leak when I fired it up. I dropped an email to SUPA (on a Sunday), and Mark came back to me almost immediately with suggestions for how to identify the fault. Having followed his advice, I sent him a video to confirm what he had thought, and he sent me a replacement part, free of charge, along with a video showing how to change it. What more could I ask for ? Nothing. Excellent work Mark.

The whole buying process was very well organised with excellent communication throughout, from tracking the cargo ship, to what happens when it arrives in the UK, to the logistics of getting it to you at home. The uTube video to aid construction of the unit was invaluable and worked very well.

The unit works ….. it works exceptionally well. We can now use that hot tub whenever we want without having to think about the running and heating costs.

Awesome pice of kit. Heated my hot tub up to 40 from 20c in 40 mins. Then next day tub was at 30 so less than 20 mins.
Relatively easy to put together with the instruction video. Just be prepared to buy a big gas propane cylinder for it. Otherwise one of the best tools I’ve ever bought.

This supa heater is going to save me hundreds of pounds each year by heating my paris lazy spa in minutes rather than hours it's amazing how quickly it heated my tub in 70 minutes from 14 degrees up to 40 and issues I had with not getting the hang of the display were quickly sorted out with the help from Mark excellent customer service yes it was tricky putting it together but now it's done it was well worth the time AND money I'm 1 very happy customer excellent service and an excellent supa heater
