Mark is supa helpful and responsive, used it for the first time a couple of days ago and raised the temperature from 20 degrees to 40 degrees in well under an hour.

We recently purchased a Supa heater and boy was it worth it!
Easy to assemble, easy to work and best of all it does exactly what it was designed to do.
We live in N.Ireland and have oil/coal cental heating and don't have very good competive electricity suppliers, so running a hot tub is very costly. Our last hot tub cost a fortune to run and when it stopped working we didnt replace it due to the costs of running it.
Roll on 3 years, I seen Supa on an Ad on social media and liked what I seen. I did my homework and decided nows the time to purchase a new Hot tub and a Supa Heater.
I cannot believe how fast Supa was at heating the water on the initial set up. The biggest game changer for me is the speed in which it reheats the water. It took 20mins to take it from 35° to 40° and that was heating a 1300 litre tub. Incredible 😲

Anyone thinking about getting one, go for it you'll not regret it.

Wow, what a bit of kit, have been thinking of getting this heater for a while,but kept putting it off, easy purchase seller kept me upto date when it would arrive, easy to build,my hot tub holds around 2000 litres and cost around £10 in electric to heat,but now with this heater it heated it to 38c in 50mins wow what a saving great purchase ,definitely recommend, wish I bought sooner,,

What an amazing heater, very easy to assemble.The u tube assembly video is very good and easily understood. I had a slight problem due to a mix up of the hoses ( my fault entirely) I contacted Mark he responded immediately on a Sunday and had me up and going in a few minutes with my hot tub heated from 19c to 40 in a little over 30 minutes.
I intend to use my hot tub all year round now that I can heat it economically with no more large electric bills, if your sitting on the fence wondering if you can justify the cost of this heater wait no longer because you will recoup the cost of it quickly.

It's a great product to use heats water quickly but the only problem is the the building process it takes a long time and also you have to fit all the gas components together which would be dangerous if not done right for the price you pay you would expect very little work involved.

Mark of SUPA has spared no effort to provide the best service, support and a product that I have ever experienced! The product itself is superb. Engineered to perfection and made of great quality materials. Everything about the SUPA heater exudes quality and it is transformative in terms of what it does and to my knowledge no other hot tub heating system delivers. Water heated to the desired temperature as it is filled or a tub filled with cold water heated up in just over an hour (1000 litre tub). Absolutely brilliant!

Used my supa many many times now. It's brilliant! Simple as that, saves you money! Not only do I use it to heat my spa up, I shower with it before using the spa, im going to give it 5 stars, only thing I hope is it lasts for many years and if it does need servicing or parts, they will be here to do it!

Got mine last week — what a great piece of kit!
It’s a total game changer for hot tubs. I also run a power washing and softwashing business, and being able to put hot water in the van is a huge advantage, especially for graffiti removal. I know it’s going to be incredibly useful during the winter months too, as warm water makes softwashing chemicals much more effective.

Mark was extremely helpful — nothing was too much trouble. The assembly video was spot on and made putting it all together really straightforward.

Highly recommend the water heater.

This piece of kit is amazing.
I was a little skeptical when I first saw it advertised and spent a few weeks undecided. Eventually I went ahead but wasn't sure it could perform as well as the adverts made out. OMG how wrong could I be. It really does do exactly what it says on the tin. It heats my 1050 litre hot tub from the low 20's to 40 degrees in around 30-35 during these summer months. I now heat the hot tub half hour or so before I use it and the rest of the time its switch off. My electricity usage has plummeted and a 19kg propane refill is a fraction of the cost of leaving the tub on all the time. Build quality is excellent and back up service from Mark is exemplary. Very Very impressed.

Great communication before the heater was sent out, very easy to assemble, and then literally plug and play. Heats my hot tub to the required temperature in 20 minutes. An absolute game changer.

Absolutely brilliant piece of kit. We have a venue with quite high turnaround times at this time of year, and we often struggled to get the hot tubs up to temp for the new guests, this is a problem of the past now.

Pretty straightforward to put together following the instructional video and even simpler to use when its together. That said I made a mistake during set up and put something the wrong way round. I tried calling SUPA for some advice and realised as the phone started ringing what I'd done, by the time I'd hung up and sorted it, they called me back offering to help. I also misplaced my invoice and had to get in touch with them for another copy, which was promptly sent. They clearly value excellent customer service, which is increasingly rare these days.

HIGHLY recommended.

Very easy and simple to order the item works absolutely fantastic. Can't fault in anyway the only thing I could fault was the communication after buying super heater.
