Hot tubs are inherently luxury items, not cost-saving purchases — and the Supaheat heater stands out as a valuable luxury accessory designed to reduce ongoing expenses. With solar panels installed, our hot tub operates at no cost during summer, but winter brings significant energy bills, often exacerbated by the tub remaining heated for 3-4 days without use.

The Supaheat has been a genuine game-changer for our setup. It heats our hot tub to 39 degrees Celsius in just 60-90 minutes, even when the tub is set to its lowest base temperature. Crucially, the water remains properly conditioned throughout the heating process, allowing us to use the tub as soon as it reaches the desired temperature.

Assembly of the unit is straightforward, and customer support exceeds expectations. A phone call to Mark quickly addressed any concerns we had, providing reassurance and clear guidance that put us completely at ease.

Even before ordering my sups heater the experience was so good,my first order timed out which I never realised and when I phoned up about it they couldn’t have been more helpful,this is an amazing piece of kit,heated my hot tub water from 10 degrees to 40 in one hour and twenty minutes approx 1500 litres of water.i was amazed at the speed,it didn’t really use that much gas either.i haven’t used it again because of wind and rain every weekend since but fully intend using it in the upcoming holidays weather permitting or until I build a shelter over the tub

From the first phone call ( and I made a few !) to the delivery of the heater , the service and friendliness was brilliant!
It was an absolute pleasure to deal this company !
We haven’t used it yet , as we are still trying to get the correct gas cylinder.

The Supaheater is well made, beautifully packaged and simple to use. It’s so efficient. No brainer vs using just electricity

does what it says on the tin at first I was sceptical but once built and tried it I couldn't believe how quick it was I changed my water in my lazy spar and it heated it from 10 to 38 degrees in less than an hour we have used it many times and love it can't recommend it highly enough best thing we ever bought

Very good bit of kit.. easy and quick way to heat your tub...

Great purchase. Saving us a fortune running our holiday let, especially at this time of year. We are able to turn the tub right the way down between guests and then quickly heat it up just a couple of hours before they arrive which sometimes saves 4 days or so of not having to heat it when not in use.

The support from start to end is outstanding and I have no issues with recommendations for the supaheater team.

Updated rating based on the responsiveness of the Team at Supa, and what was a simple error.

New gas connection component is certainly an upgrade.

Product once built is 5 star, however note below.

No communication from supa when purchased , no invoice or reciept received ever. No email confirming purchase. For a 700 pound Product you are not made to feel special in anyway.

Assembly of the unit, is difficult, the video instructions are out of date and uses different names for items than the labels state. Also parts of the video are irrelevant

The product arrived after slight issue with delivery times .
I assembled it but not used at this point .

Excellent response to any questions and staff answer the phone promptly as direct contact no call centres involved .

Absolutely superb product.
It means I can use my hot tub without the mahoosive cost of electric. We have just changed our 1st 19kg bottle of gas, very easy local process.

Got it 2 weeks ago arrived very well boxed set in up can get a little confusing but after that it's easy to operate heatet my 1000 l Hot tub to 38 c in 40 minutes not cheap to purchase but have many uses I've used it 4 times in 2 weeks hopefully it will work great for many years

Absolutely amazing piece of equipment. Just take your time with the assembly. A real game changer for a hot tub. Takes an hour to heat instead of the usual 12 hours.

Such a helpful UK based company - Mark couldn't do more to advise me on the assembly and operation when I had some dumb questions. The product is a revelation - filled my outdoor tub at 40 degs in about 30 minutes.
