I had a lay-z-spa for a few years, and it cost a fortune to run, a friend recommended a gas heater for it. The Supa tub and heater are amazing, my tub heated up from 10 degrees to 40 in less than an hour. Had a few minor issues in assembling, but the customer service from Mark was astounding; a video call on a Saturday morning to talk me through exactly what I needed to do. I can't recommend this company enough.
I saw another review saying that the product incurred import tax fees when delivering to Ireland, I got an email from FedEx saying that I needed to pay them, but after reaching out to Supa, they sorted it out promptly and I didn't have to pay anything extra. I did have to get an adapter for the gas tank, but that was straight forward.

Firstly, for clarity, we purchased the Supa Hot Tub plus the Supa Heater. That is important to be clear on as many of the videos online or on YouTube speak of a long hot water hose and a cold water hose. You do not get those when you purchase the hot tub as well as the shorter connections connect directly to the hot tub.
Building the unit was reasonably straightforward and as the instructions state, take your time and make sure you follow the main instruction leaflet. That is important as there is a supplementary single sheet that throws a little confusion into the build with regards the bag numbers. To be fair, Mark is aware and is dealing with it - use the numbers from the main instruction booklet and you should be able to work it out. We did and it’s fairly straightforward.
Both the hot tub and the heater are absolutely superb. We filled the tub, which is 900 litres, and heated it from tap water temperature to 40 degrees C in about 80 minutes. That would have taken perhaps 24 hours plus with other known brands? You do not have to leave the system on when not in use, although you can if you wish for minimum cost due to the rapidity with which it heats up. The only other cost was the purchase of a 19kg propane cylinder on which you have to pay the initial cost of course. Given the speed at which the system heats the water, we are sure we will recoup all costs within a reasonable space of time. Ultimately, this is about being able to use a hot tub whenever you want and not having to worry about electricity costs to do so. The customer service is excellent and all calls were answered by the owner every time. Not sure I have had that for a while but Mark and his product are first rate and we highly recommend them. Not sure you will find a better way to run any hot tub and remember, you can use their heater with any hot tub.

This heater is an excellent product.
I would have no problem giving it a 5 star review. However I would suggest that SUPA should provide an adaptor for their gas regulator when selling outside the UK. I would also suggest that SUPA advice customer's in Europe that the product will incur duty fees because they are outside the EU.

Great product . Extras still been sent in post for free. Nice large tub and amazing heat up time . Love it.

Communication with SupaHeater was really great. We also had a personal call from Mark (one of the founders), which was a nice touch.

The product arrived quickly, and was easy to setup (once we followed the instruction!).

The instructions were actually very easy to follow.

We have used the hot tub nearly every day since we got it. It heats up very quickly, and is really easy to maintain the cleanliness and chlorine levels.

We are absolutely thrilled with the product. It was a good price, cheap to operate on gas, and is really great quality.

As a product designer myself, I have to give these guys 5 stars for the SUPA Heater. It does exactly what you want it to do, when you want it, and if you use it regularly only takes about 30-40 minutes to warm up.

We highly recommend this. You will not be disappointed.

Mark was a great help in finding missing box from shipment. Have put heater together but not not hot tub yet as waiting for insulating material for under tub delivery.

The supa heater is a great bit of kit. It appears to be well made. The couplings are good quality metal with good quality pipes. It easy to assemble. The customer service is awesome with prompt replies both email and phone support.
It is effective and efficient.
I bought the hot tub combo and I'm really pleased with it so far.
The water temperature remains constant.so much more effective than my old electric setup.

This a brilliant product, and a complete game changer when changing water in our airb+b hottub. Fills our large hot tub to 40 degrees in little over 2 hrs and would probably be quicker only our mains water pressure isn't great. Mark even answered the phone when I had a query regarding set up the first time. Brilliant product Brilliant service can't rate them high enough

Just wanted to let you know that I used the supa heater yesterday for the first time and it heated tub from 13° to 38° in 90 minuites……

What a great bit of kit

My hot tub is an artesian Dove canyon and it’s 1552 ltrs so big.

The system works very well. The main issue i had was finding a supplier for 19kgs propane at a reasonable price.
Now thats sorted out using the supaheater has made it so much easier and economical to have my hot tub ready for when I want to use it rather than constantly paying to keep the water warm until required.

I have a large wood fired hot tub that takes hours upon hours to heat…. And, trying to achieve the correct temperature is some kind of mystical art! Uses load of wood to heat, you constantly need to check it and add more wood. Hence the carry to heat it and try and get the correct temperature, I stopped using it as often as I would have liked too. Along comes SUPA Heater…. Wow! Heats my huge tub up in an hour to the perfect temperature every time. All I do now, is add a small amount of wood to the burner to maintain the temperature once it has been heated by SUPA Heater.
