Stage 1 remap to Audi A4 convertible 2.0 TFSI.
Excellent communication from the engineer Michael the evening before, telling me of his approximate ETA the following morning.
Upon his prompt arrival, he fully explained the process and went about the remap within an hour or so. He was very professional throughout and the remap is working brilliantly with noticeably more power & throttle response.
I have recommended this company & product to a friend already. 👍

I will start with the booking
I will start with the booking. I mistakenly booked for one date. On the day I expected someone to arrive, I messaged the company. Someone called me back and advised me that I had booked for a date almost a month away. However, he managed to get me in the following week. The technician Mike showed up when I expected him to. He told me through what would happen, and in less than an hour the car was ready to test. Good customer service is what brings people back, not just a good deals. Saying that, the car is definitely different. It is faster. Would I recommend Superchips? Sure I would.

remap on my VW Crafter Campervan
Michael carried out the remap on my VW Crafter Campervan. He was very professional. Everything was as it was described. I have done about 1500 miles in the highlands of Scotland, the hills have been no problem with a fully loaded van and MPG is now better. I would recommend the service.

Their response says everything about their company. Apparently they have never met a guy called Andy. They are so sure of this they even added an exclamation mark.

Thank you for your response.
To clarify, we did not say that we have never met anyone named Andy. We have many customers with that name on our records.
Our previous response was based on the fact that we are unable to find any complaint or correspondence linked to a booking under that name.
If you have a booking with us, please provide your booking reference and our Customer Care team will be happy to investigate this further. They can be contacted on 01280 816781 (9am–5pm Monday to Friday) or by email at enquiries@superchips.co.uk.
