Today I had Michael come to remap my connect. Very knowledgeable and explained everything so I understood the whole process. Michael even explained to me stuff about my van which I didn't know. Polite, and very helpful. Thank you Michael.

Remap feels noticeable, easily notice the torque gain. Michael was friendly and explained what was going to be happening. It was a quick and easy process. My only slight complaint is the booking system. The system allowed me to book a day which ultimately the fitter could not attend but I had already booked work around the day I selected. However the fitter communicated clearly and gave me another date asap so couldn’t grumble. I had read similar things from other reviews so sort of expected, but doesn’t make it any less annoying.
Overall would 100% recommend and will use again on any future cars.

Great communication on when they were going to arrive and explained everything that was happening

I had a Superchips remap performed on my Jag F-Type on 4th December 2024 and the performance improved significantly but I lost my pops and bangs. The remap was a discounted deal from £465 to £240. The guy came to my house and did it on the drive. Fast forward to MOT time May 2025 and the car failed it's MOT on emissions. Got my Jag specialist to look at it and they told me the mixture was too rich, one of the forward Lambda sensors had failed and both rear sensors were not working or had been disabled by the remap to stop the Engine Management Light from kicking off. I paid them £495 to change the failed sensor and remove the remap but they told me after this that the emissions were still way off and the CAT's had probably been ruined by the over rich remap. I took the car to VIEZU who changed the CAT's and 2 more failed sensors and spent 2 days tweaking the new remap to get my car through the MOT. I contacted Superchips and got this response from George:-

My car is now popping and banging like a crazy thing and goes like s+_t off a shovel. I would steer clear of Superchips if you have a performance car and if you do go to VIEZU it cost me over £3K to fix the problem. I'm sure Superchips are not cowboys but they are not experts with performance supercars. Lesson learned.

Had a stage 1 remap done by James on my 1 series coupe, booked for pm and got a earlier slot in the morning, which was great, very impressed put a lot more power into the car and nothing feels out of place, definitely recommend.

Purchased a bluefin handset and a map for a car, all went as expected. The Bluefin appears to be a good idea as it allows maps to come off and on and also the potential be swapped to future vehicles. Unfortunately, a couple of years down the line and my handset is not supported at all. Just a warning to others your bluefin will be good for a couple of years then be scrap. 👍. Customer services “computer says no” no attempt to sell me another map or make any sort of compromise. Probably better finding a local tuner.

Daryl was Very reliable and on time good pricing friendly and very quick with it i was surprised with the outcome now the car feels completely different and 1000x better would recommend to people and definitely would use them again

I was asked on Trustpilot to call superships, but the person I spoke to on the phone was very unprofessional. After reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who has had this experience. It was a complete waste of time. Why ask customers to call if you have someone like that answering the phone?

Please follow the 1 star rating because there is not a lesser option.
They remapped my car and I signed the disclaimer that my car is above 100k. I felt no power not even the smooth idling and send them the email that I dont feel any changes can you please provide me the parameters set on my ECU so I can go to the DYNO and check whether the remap is working on my ECU or not but no reply instead I received the phone call pointing to the disclaimer signed and refused to even give me the proof that I can match the power figures on dyno. The best act from their technician was, he asked me to go and relax and when the remap will be completed, he will call me. I dont have any idea what he did with the ECU. Completly dodgy, dont waste your money.

Simon was very knowledgeable always had an answer for my questions .very thorough in carrying out the remap. Kept me informed at each stage . Nice lad a credit to superchips.

Excellent! Once the visit was booked online, communication was excellent as Michael texted to confirm the appointment, was on time, very knowledgeable and good to talk to, did a great job, and the superchips product works very well and is very good value for money!
