Pretty annoyed - booked an "available" slot for ECU mobile tune - paid in full on website (processed immediatley) arranged time off work to be at home. Got a text the next day from the engineer to say "sorry, fully booked that day, will have to come a week later" not convenient for me so called to get a refund, will apparently take up to 12 days. Why have an online booking calendar if it isn't live?

I ordered carbon cleaning and remapping for my old Honda. Increased mpg, much better low-end torque, smoother idling. Well worth the cost.

Great communication and Michael was a nice guy, very diligent and took no time whatsoever.

Another excellent service received by this superb company.

I have just had my 2019 Range Rover Sport Autobiography 4.4 SDV remapped by Superchips.

Simon attended and was very helpful, allowing me to watch all the proceedings. He explained why they won't upload via the OBD port (safer to interface directly with the ECU).
He hooked up a diagnostic to OBD to check engine health first, soot levels in DPF and any fault codes.
Then after warming the engine, he connected his laptop to the appropriate pins on the ECU which was fortunately very accecssible.

The current map was downloaded from the car and sent to the office. As it is a well known map it was checked for consistency (fingerprinted) to ensure it was the OEM one and not another custom map, then a Stage 1 map was returned which was uploaded to the car. This all happened in less than 5m.

Simon informed me that the Stage 1 has been designed to work within the tolerance of the vehicle, increasing torque from 700nm to 821 and bhp from 335 to 389. I was interested in how close to tolerance this was to the ZF gearbox as its rated for 700nm.

Simons view was this is within the tolerance for the gearbox and there have been no reports of early failures with it. He also explained that they could go for more extreme maps but then you start decreasing reliability although you do get a lot more turbo whistle and wastegate chatter.
Im happy without this!

So how does it drive? It feels very much like my previous L320 5.0 Supercharged Range Rover Sport but still returning sensible mpg. The pull from 30-100mph is frankly laughable and lots of fun. I will only use the full potential occasionally but it’s nice to know you can (almost) keep up with the SC when you come across it.

As Superchips have a half price offer on in Feb it was an easy decision...

Rubbish...advertise a special deal so booked then send me a message saying they can't do my car due to the protocols used by the manufacturer which was rubbish. I went elsewhere who did it no problem. Don't waste your time.

I had my Audi remapped, carbon cleaned with safe launch yesterday (24/03/2025) by James.
He was polite, quick and very professional. He kept me updated on the time he would arrive and sorted out an admin issue the day before he attended. My car runs extremely well with no issues. The difference between stock and stage 1 on my Audi was amazing. I would highly recommend!! Thank you Superchips

What a load of Shite. Had my Jeep Grand Cherokee remapped by these snappers. Then had constant issues and EML’s coming on. Had the vehicle taken to a Jeep main dealer for some diag into the issues. Was told it was all caused by the remap. Contacted Superchips directly to get the issues resolved, I was then told I’d have to pay £90 call out fee and this wouldn’t be refunded if the problems where caused by their remap. AWFUL service. never again. what a joke.

This is my first experience of Superchips to provide a remap. Simon contacted me right from the initial order to keep me informed of the plan and the service. Simon arrived exactly on time and impressed me with his knowledge, courtesy and professionalism. I’m extremely impressed with the car’s performance increase and driveability and will certainly recommend Simon and Superchips from now on.

I am responding to my post from February 1st and superchips' response from February 3rd. I sent you a message via the form on your website on February 3rd. And what happened? Nothing. Go to hell. You can't even tell if it's your fault or Alientech's fault. And the effort to find a solution? None. Money down the drain.

I never wrote anything aggressive except "Go to hell" now. And why didn't you answer?
I always did what Ritchie Kempthorne wrote to me (even if the local Ford specialist told me that it was nonsense). I also described to him the timeline and description of the events when trying to write the remap. He did not answer my questions further. He only wrote that I could return the product. When I asked if you (or Alientech) were able to solve the problem, I never received an answer. The problem is not that the ignition would turn off. The problem is that the SW of powergate is not able to keep the dashboard alive. Until now I have been very patient. It cost a lot of money and I have nothing from it and your reaction surprised me quite a bit. I didn't want to return the Powergate, I was hoping you would solve the problem. I hope nothing like this happens to me again...

Perfect results.
Stage one remap on my Mercedes A200d AMG. Throttle response much better even in economy mode. Very happy, well worth £225. The car was running at 134bhp it's now 170bhp. Torque was at 337 (Nm) is now 433 (Nm).
I would highly recommend getting it done you can definitely feel the difference in both BHP and Torque.

Just over a week now and car is driving a lot better and smoother. My mpg has also risen and is still rising.
I,m very happy with the result's.

Perfect results. Stage one remap on a C250 CDI, now pulls like a train but still very calm around town. Throttle response much better even in economy mode. Very happy, well worth £225 thanks Simon!

The results on my Audi RSQ3 was unbelievable. My initial thoughts that 20% more BHP and Torque isn’t that much BUT WOW WOW WOW. In each mode it’s incredible. I now have a big smile on my face and a car that can pull my foreskin back for me !!

Very friendly and helpful person highly recommend this company very professional

So this is the second time I have used SuperChips and on both occasions have been informative, trustworthy, professional and reliable and would totally recommend. One friend who’s in his early 60s had his Mini remapped and has never stopped smiling much like myself !!

Simon the engineer / fitter was excellent, timely, polite and very helpful, the upgrade has improved my mpg and performance noticeably. Thank you.

Fantastic service from Simon. He let me know the day before the appointment what time he would be with me and arrived promptly at agreed time. Very helpful and informative when completing the remap for me. I would definitely look to use Simon and Superchips again.
