I spent over an hour reading about…
I spent over an hour reading about superpayments on their website, how their system works and how they are able to not charge any fees as well as looking at reviews on websites and some customers pages. I decided to join, however I was very annoyed that they do not take on sole traders only ltd companies, however a sole trader can have a ltd company. They just basically don't want the small businesses. Don't waste your time.

At the moment, Super Payments is only available to limited companies. This isn’t because we don’t want to support small businesses — many of the businesses using our platform are small and independent — but it’s due to the compliance and verification requirements of the payment infrastructure we currently operate under.
We completely understand how annoying this can be, especially after investing time looking into how the platform works. Your feedback is genuinely valuable and helps inform how we evolve the product over time.

Not passed 5 months and interest already added
Like a few who've reported, very confusing and seems like i have been ripped off. Had started my contract 2 Nov 2025 where it was noted 5 months 0% option and then an interest of 29.9%, come February i have already had the interest added to my balance. I have cleared the total amount but the outstanding balance still shows 0.01 pence outstanding and the main page states nothing to pay. Also noticed the transaction page does not show in detail the payments you've made. You will have to track this through your own bank account. Not what you'd expect. I have already paid in excess of £200 just to keep my credit history clear. This is very annoying and worrying. Feels like you have been cheated.
