Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere!

The movers did a great job loading and unloading the van quickly, kudos!

It's a shame that the sales team let them down. My move was from London to Edinburgh (it's not around the corner). A quote was given on measurements of storage, measurements!!!. They didn't offer a person to come to the storage to assess. I was told that a video and pictures of the storage was enough, so I thought "this is what they do, they must know", guess what, they don't!!!
To make sure I was going to get the right vehicle, I calculated the whole floor area down to the centimetre, after this I was told that I had a free upgrade to use the maxi-mover van, which I thought it sounded comforting. Well, it wasn't.

On moving day, I was immediately told by the movers that they were not going to be able to load everything because the van can only carry 1 ton. I immediately called the office and they said the same thing, and of course, I was like, really?! you asked for measurements and now you are told that I actually had to weight my stuff!! It's your business to know for christ sake!!!

Total nightmare!!, No one need this.

What's even worse is that they didn't try to remediate, their the situation, their only solution was to provide another van which I also had to pay for!! No way!! I'm not responsible for you getting your quote wrong.

So now, I have a quarter of my stuff left behind. I have a disabled child and a baby, whose stuff didn't fit in the van and now I have to struggle to satisfy their needs thanks to the incompetence of the sales/management team.

It's a shame I'm forced to give 1 star to leave the review because they deserve none!!

P.s. the review system flag that I was using inappropriate language, that gives you a sense of how mad I am with their service.

Mike, Saulius, Gilvinas, Emilian and Andrew made my move a lot less stressful than I thought it would have been.
They all worked hard all day and Mike was particularly helpful.
Overall Sure Removal made the experience a lot less scary!

Needed to move from a three-bedroom house to a two-bedroom flat at short notice. Sure Removals responded professionally to my requested and quoted a competitive price. On the day, Marius and Robert, worked very hard to get the job done within the expected five-hour period. They were proficient at disassembling some furniture to get it through tight spaces. All items delivered to their new location and without damage. Could not be more pleased with the service received from Sure Removals and the excellent price.

Great company. Turned up an hour earlier than agreed and got to work straight away. They asked questions and had an understanding of how they wanted to load the vans the most efficient. They took great care of all our belongings. When unloading they placed every box in the correct room and when they had problems fitting an oversized bit of furniture up the stairs they found a solution and got it up there. Emilian, Andrew, Christian and Florian all made our day a much less stressful day and would recommend them to anyone moving home.

I don't write reviews often and especially for stressful things such as move services. Mostly because most of the times irrespective of how good you describe your stuff the movers will complain.

Well, non of that happen with Sure Removals. Everything was perfect. Liam set the expectations right from the get go and kept a good communication. On the day Emilian and Andrew came and moved everything timely and without a fuss. Honestly I was very stressed about it and when the guys came I relaxed immediately. Pros. Solid 5/5. Can't recommend enough.

I used Sure Removals for my move out/in from a 2 bedroom flat to a 3 bedroom house. Paul and Andy have been very efficient, careful and friendly. I highly recommend.

Emilian, Andrew, Silviu and Armando from Sure Removals helped with our house move and were very professional and patient. Arrived early and asked us exactly where we wanted everything to go. Sure Removals were the only company that gave me price before looking at the property and kept to this amount once they did the survey. Excellent service.

Booked very last minute, they arrived 10 mins early and were finished in 2 and a half hours and were very professional, friendly and polite. Would 100% recommend them and would use them.again if needed.

Sure Removals helped us move house on 17th June and it was an excellent service from start to finish. The booking process was easy, customer service was superb throughout and Paul and Andy did a fantastic job of moving us on the day - really quick, friendly and efficient.

It was a very hot day and the removal chaps worked so hard to get everything loaded up and protected for the journey.
Marius and Robert were great, they checked with me before loading things onto the van and were so helpful and polite. Everything you would expect from a professional house removal service

Stefan and Silviu were great with my move. They arrived promptly (10mins early) and moved my things carefully and quickly with no complaints despite being on the 2nd&3rd floor without a lift.
I didn't realize I should have asked in advance for them to cover the carpets but when I raised it they kindly did it anyway.
I will use Sure Removals again.

Sure Removals provided a quick efficient service and maintained excellent communication right through from our initial query to removal day. On the day itself, Silvio and Armando were diligent and professional and helped to make an otherwise stressful day that bit easier.

Great communication and exchange with Liam. His box count after the video call was spot on for our move. Mike and Dan were brilliant, turned up on time, and were very careful moving our possessions. Overall very happy with the service and will use again.
