Ordered a cabinet made from reclaimed teak, however the wrong piece of furniture was delivered. Refused the delivery and the customer support team helpfully organised the delivery of the correct cabinet before I had even contacted them.

However when that unit was delivered there were holes and frass (saw dust) which a pest control professional suspected were due to woodworm and advised us to send it back. It was collected reasonably quickly by the pallet delivery company, however they only accepted the return as we were still within their 14 day return period.

I've given two stars instead of one as their customer support team were responsive and helpful, if not a little defensive and dismissive of our concerns.

I have just received 2 Isabella Natural Wicker Chairs and they are fabulous. The build quality, the design and the overall craftsmanship is excellent. Be confident that what you see and read on the website is exactly what you get.
I placed the order just 2 days ago and the chairs came from Cornwall and arrived in Kent at 9.30 this morning. They were really well packaged, all recyclable materials. The delivery guy was really friendly and overall I am over the moon with the whole experience.
I highly recommend this business for their exceptional customer service and outstanding product quality.

Ordered a flat packed garden bench. Quick delivery and good quality but no instructions but that was ok as it was easy to assemble. However a slat broke immediately it was sat upon. It was a one off faulty slat. The Company reacted with understanding and speed when we said this should not have happened and agreed with us. As the bench could not now be returned they sent us a replacement free of charge which was great. Overall very pleased with the bench and the service.

Great products and great customer service from start to finish.
We needed a dining table and chairs, as well as seating for a kitchen island. We opted for a teak root table with upholstery chairs and could not resist the teak barstools. They are all great quality and stylish.
On delivery, we found the stools were too tall but this was easily solved by return to base, machining and return to us in just over a week.
At every stage, the staff were extremely helpful and kept us informed.
We are delighted with the products and the service and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Previously purchased a reclaimed teak dining table. very happy with my purchase. During a recent house move all the fixing bolts and washers were lost. I called Emma at Sustainable Furniture. She was really helpful and arranged for a spare set to be issued at no cost, which arrived within a day. Flawless customer service all the way.

Bought the Teak Swing Seat and couldn't be happier with the excellent quality and overall look. I was worried that the teak would be too dark but it's lighter colour is so much nicer. And the guys who delivered and put it together were so helpful and friendly. Couldn't be happier.

I ordered two Swedish redwood garden benches for the rear garden. I asked for them to be pre assembled before delivery. They arrived and I was delighted with the quality of the materials, the assembly, and the delivery team went above and beyond to place in situ for me. I would highly recommend!

I have wanted a teak root table forever and never imagined I would have one. Well I have one now thanks to Sustainable Furniture and it is everything I hoped for. From choosing the root to delivery, the service from the company was excellent. The table and chairs are beautiful and bring me joy every time I see them. Family and friends think I am mad of course but can’t help but agree that the dining set is perfect.

The service and communication with the team at the company was first class from start to finish. I purchased the Reclaimed Elm Rustic cabinet, which arrived damaged from the courier. I was tempted to just ask for a refund, but a replacement was dealt with quickly and efficiently, and I am so pleased with the cabinet. Pretty, well made and good quality.

I ordered a Reclaimed Teak cabinet with five shelves and three rattan baskets. When it arrived, we opened the undamaged box. But it was minus the three rattan baskets.
I contacted their customer services. I got through within two minutes and spoke to a very friendly English lady.
She apologised and immediately organised to replace the missing baskets, which arrived the following morning. This is excellent customer service service
The cabinet is beautifully made and the baskets are of the highest quality.

Best customer service I have received in years. I bought an Elm dining table. I decided I didn't like it and they swapped to the Oak dining table without any additional delivery charges. There was then a manufacturing issue with the table. Sent some pics. No arguments or wait, they were happy to replace it. Always prompt in responses, always happy to give me all the options available (i.e. do you want to wait for a new one comes in stock or we have a second which we can offer at a small discount). In truth it took a few months to get to the end of the process, but these things happen and Claire and Ben made sure it wasn't a painful experience. I wish this business every success.

I have ordered the largest 300*120cm Elm Pedestal Dinning table with chairs, sideboard, and console table, but our dinning room is not big enough for all these beautiful furniture, Emma and the delivery team tried hard for us to swap the chairs with bench without any additional delivery charge. The whole process showed us their professional, friendly, and customer-first service. We will appreciate their service and love the dinning table so much. Will highly recommend to other friends. Thanks a lot for the best quality furniture and best shopping experience!

Fab from start to finish!

We ordered one of the large teak root tables for our new house, and were a little worried as the move in date kept getting changed, but Emma was so accommodating moving dates for us & the payment and ordering process was so easy and simple. The table arrived exactly as instructed, and looks absolutely perfect in our new home. Shout out to the delivery guys too, not sure their names, but they were great with a very large and heavy table and didn't leave until I was completely happy with its position.

Fantastic all round. From ordering on Monday, to delivery in Yorkshire on the Thursday. Four pieces of furniture all look amazing and perfect in the sunroom, and the delivery guys were very polite and friendly.

We ordered a Hall Wall Unit. Knowing it was on back order it was just what we wanted at a fair price.
The order was delayed due to shipping issues, however, we were kept in the loop with updates when I contacted - we were offered a refund but were happy to wait. The item came via DHL today.
Very Happy with the quality of this item and the supplier.

A disaster from start to finish.
They are polite, but that’s about it.
Poor customer service, reactive and slow.
We ordered a table in June which stated delivery for “ early August”. Mid August, I contacted them and was eventually told the table would now be available in September. They gave option to cancel or choose another table.
We chose another table on the understanding it would arrive that week plus a discount.
This was agreed but the table failed to arrive by the weekend. It arrived the following week, on Monday, but was badly damaged with what looked like dirty marks ingrained into the wood, as if something had run over it!
Dont be fooled by the gloss of the website, there is no customer service to speak of or quality control.

We ordered a bench from Sustainable Furniture to commemorate our mum's life .
She spent her last 4years in a lovely care home.
The bench looked excellent and was exactly what we wanted to donate to the care home.
