I had a great experience with Swiitch, they kept things ticking along while keeping me in the loop. Things moved quick and they made it easy for me to access what I needed and also provide what they needed to get the process complete. A specific thank you to Ryan Blake, Rachel Stubbs and Hubert Dratwinski who I communicated with throughout.

I’ve recently bought my first house and received outstanding help from Sam throughout the whole process. Sam made everything run smoothly and helped get everything completed quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Sam to anyone looking to buy a property!

Naj kept me informed every step of the way and made everything easy to understand. I couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor. Thank you, Naj, for making the whole process so straightforward!

We used Swiitch for selling our house and Leanne Pearce was our Paralegal Guide. Leanne was a pleasure to deal was very professional, great service and all went smoothly. Would be happy to recommend Swiitch to anyone. Don't be put off with online Conveyancing use Swiitch with confidence.

Beth Wheeler dealt with our complicated house sale efficiently. She was able to explain clearly all the steps . Exceptional service. Thank you Beth.

Beth Wheeler definitely pulled out the stops. She was helpful and proactive even when the process became stressful. Our purchasers became very difficult at the end of the process and even reduced their offer significantly at the end to try and play hard ball. On top of that it was clear their legal team were not on the ball like Swiitch.

I would definitely recommend Beth Wheeler and Swiitch to friends and family.

We have just completed on the sale of my elderly mothers house and the whole process was very smooth from start to finish. Beth Rebhan has been very helpful throughout, always at the end of the phone to answer our questions and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would definitely recommend her. Thanks Beth.

Sold and bought using Swiitch as conveyancers and couldn’t have had a better experience. Georgie Coker was excellent throughout, particularly as we got closer to exchange, and when there were some quite long-running enquiries. She regularly chased up for me and gave updates. Would definitely recommend and will likely use Swiitch again

Just purchased my house with Swiitch with help from Naj Sheikh & Lydie Collyer. The purchase went through quickly and very professional.
Great service, highly recommend!

We have just completed a purchase and sale with Owen Fitchett at Swiitch.

Owen always remained professional even when times were frustrating. Owen was very approachable and made it feel easy to ask questions and we always felt what we were saying was listened to. We knew where we were at each stage documents were sent out and clear of what needed signing.

If Owen was away from the office then his team were very accommodating and would help us no questions asked.

I would 100% recommend and would use Owen again.

There are not enough words to Thank Owen for what he has done for us. I believe he went above and beyond.

Me and my husband bought a house for the first time. As a first time buyer I was pretty worried and anxious about the whole process. Anjiina from Swiitch has been an absolute star. She helped me every step of the way, promptly answering my emails and phone calls. She's been so professional but at the same time very sweet and reassuring. Considering the amount of times I called and asked her to clarify things for me, I honestly think she is a saint.
All the staff is very professional and helpful and I strongly recommend Swiitch to anyone buying a house! Thank you again Anjiina!

We ultimately had a good experience with Switch. It was a bit slow to start off with and we had to escalate some early things to get focus. Eventually we had a good service from Switch and Ayden Shah which helped our sale go through. This review was prompted. Thanks

We've recently moved house with Swiitch and the process was made seamless for us.

Despite being part of a complicated chain, our assistant paralegal, Leah Brown was friendly, professional and proactive.

Thanks Leah and Swiitch for all your support! We wouldn't hesitate to use your services again in future.

What can I say! This has been the best handling of my house sale that I ever could have wished for.

Shauna Hanlon from the very beginning made me feel in the best of hands. She had the perfect combination of being the most amazing professional and the most engaging person.

With a probate as part of the chain, this wasn't a straightforward sale. With Shauna's experience, excellent communication and genuine care to make this all happen, she led the whole process and kept me informed at every step of the way.

I have felt continuously supported by Shauna in every way throughout this whole experience and am so grateful and thankful I chose her and the team at Switch.

As you can see, I wholeheartedly recommend Shauna and Switch and would trust them on any future engagement.

I would highly recommend Swiitch Law. In particular, I’d like to thank Yaz for being so professional, supportive and helpful throughout the sale of my late father’s house.

It was an understandably difficult and emotional process for me, but Yaz guided me through every step with kindness, patience and understanding, making what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.

The whole sale went through very smoothly, and I’m incredibly grateful for all the help and support I received. Yaz was fantastic throughout, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during such a difficult time.

Thank you, Yaz, and everyone at Swiitch Law for making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services.
