I was a little sceptical about using an online servjce for my house sale. I was mainly worried about the lack of communication that we get nowadays, in the form of unanswered emails and automated message. This could not be further from the experience I received. From start to finish the process was seemless. The online portal was easy to use, and with clear instructions, self explanatory. I dealt with one assigned Paralegal Abi Atkinson, who I have today was brilliant,
she kept me up to date regularly and Abi dealt with every email I sent her the same day, this was very reassuring and much appreciated. I would highly recommend Abi and Swiitch.

Leanne was great and help us out as well always being ready to pick up the phone for my questions
Also the solicitors fees were better than the ones around. No sale no charge is a bonus aswell
