Last minute birthday present

We were very impressed with the penknife that we bought for my brother’s birthday.
The graphics on the site made it easy to see what you would get with engraving etc.
Delivery was swift and it arrived well packaged and in good time.

I love my new laptop bag

I love my new laptop bag! I was looking for an upgrade after my old one for 10+ years finally started to rip. The one is a lot bigger, it's a 17inch laptop bag, compared to my old one, which is 15inch. The new has more room, more pockets and feels really comfortable. It will be handy when I travel abroad.

100% recommend anyone buying this website.

Beautiful Mondaine watch

My husband has always wanted one of these watches, it arrived and it was lovely even nicer than i thought. Beautiful watch, well made. And the engraving he loved. Well packaged, and good delivery time. Great store.

Sent the wrong watch

Sent the wrong watch. Paid for next day delivery but that took 2 days. Help desk very good but still waiting for correct watch to arrive

Old packaging

Product is still exceptional. Unfortunately the packaging was old and damaged and dirty. Not ideal as was a gift. Arrived quickly at a cost.

Bad customer service

Ordered a swiss army Requested engraving on the blade
Was a birthday present and was gift wrapped so was not opened until the day
Engraving was not on the blade but body of the knife and was upside down
Engraving can also just rub off !
Tried messaging but always get an error and when phoning just get cut off when you try to leave a message
