I ordered a few SAKs from here as my deluxe tinker I've had my whole life disappeared and thought I'd replace it with a larger one for home and smaller one for carrying. I really wanted the CyberTool M as it's perfect for what I do (IT) with the addition of the screwdriver & bits but I hated the transparent/jelly scales. I ordered with a swap to the classic red cellidor scales and it arrived next day and was perfect. I've since ordered a couple more from here, a companion and a rambler with some customisation I called up for and they were happy to do what I wanted doing. I believe I called up for something after every purchase (I put my card details in wrong once) and they happily helped me get everything sorted. I don't normally leave reviews but the support was genuinely so friendly and obliging to my customisation that wasn't listed on the website so I felt like it's deserved.

My parcel was returned to SwissTool, but I received no refund or update. I contacted them three times by email and by web 'contact us page' and waited over a 2 months without receiving a single response. Ignoring a customer and keeping their money without any explanation is completely unacceptable. Avoid this company.

Ordered a Victorinox folding pocket knife from this company and paid £5.95 to have it personalised. The lettering had already started to come off by the time it arrived with me. Ive spent 2 weeks trying to get hold of the company and had zero success. Avoid!!

It was so easy to order and have the printing on was great as I had just lost my original knife after 30+ years service.

apparently my order was shipped with their "super saver" option which does not provide tracking of any sort and my order never arrived. It is now past the time frame specified so I did what it said on the site and contacted them via email hoping to get something sorted but i've still not had a reply, not even to acknowledge my query so i guess i will have to contact my bank for a chargeback.

Paid but item never received. Received an email stating item had been shipped but a month later and no item. All emails sent are ignored.

Never received my item, bought more than 1 month, sending many emails and NO reply at all.

They have my money and no item.

I do not recommend this company.Poor customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong model and wanted to exchange it for another one or return it. I sent emails and called, but there is no response. I can't return or exchange anything. No communication whatsoever. No replies from messages, emails, or telephone calls.

I ordered a camper ultra for my partner for their birthday, as they’re an avid camper. As it came earlier than expected I didn’t have the chance to check it within the given timeframe which might’ve been short but still I am aware that that was on me. On my partners birthday I noticed very quickly that the knife did not come with any of the ordered features. I had paid £50 for my order and noticed I was sent the regular, standard knife which was worth around £20. I thought it wouldn’t hurt to reach out to them anyways, especially considering the mistake was made on their part and the difference in worth seemed quite significant. I didn’t even expect much, but a reply would’ve been nice. I have contacted them more than 5 weeks ago now, and to this day have not received a reply. I do understand that I should’ve organized for someone else to check the delivery when I wasn’t available, but in the end I did not receive what I paid for and instead of just apologizing I was merely ignored. I wouldn’t order from this store again and to be honest I am just very disappointed.

Ordered a knife from them. I received a shipping notification but no delivery was received. I have emailed them numerous times and received no response. Appalling customer service and I will be contacting my credit card card to get them to pursue a refund.

I ordered a handyman Swiss knife but didn’t receive an acknowledgement email to confirm. I left it a few days to see if it was going to be delivered but when it didn’t I contacted customer services by phone. Steven was very helpful and asked if I’d had an error with paying. I said I initially had but then my Apple Pay went through. He thought this had been an error and it didn’t trigger an invoice. He said he would get the knife sent out that day and it arrived two days later.

Ordered three swiss army knives. Each one engraved. Delivery was very quick. Customer service excellent. The engraving was professionally finished. Would highly recommend

And no more sigh of the shop. Nothing ever came, no tracking, nothing. Already sent them 4 e-mails, no answer, no customer support. I feel scammed. Hoping they will contact me to explain.

Personalized Knife ordered Friday AM and arrived by Royal Mail tracked on Monday AM. Excellent service !
