Really quick with the survey and I was updated throughout the whole way!
The report itself was really thorough and in Leyman's terms and pointed out all things that require further attention.

Worth it!
Very easy and smooth process. Very detailed report that highlighted a few issues that I had missed during my viewings of the property - and could potentially have an impact on the buying. Definitely worth the money.

Easily the fastest part of the move
Easily the fastest part of the move, they got our details and had an appointment sorted within a day. Report came back the day after the survey was carried out, quick and painless.

Fantastic service and speedy throughout!
The company are reasonably priced and were really speedy from start to finish. They kept me in the loop with everything including messaging on the day of the survey to ask if we had any specific concerns we would like looking at in particular.
Overall a really positive experience!

Christopher was very thorough and professional
Christopher was very thorough and professional throughout the whole experience. He called us the day before the survey to go over exactly what we wanted checked on top of his checks. Although we did not proceed with the property. Christopher produced a very good report with detailed information and pictures that played a huge part in us withdrawing.
