Synder is the best sync system I've found for ecommerce and quickbooks. Simplifies and automates the whole bookkeeping process.

Very helpful. Not too fast or too slow on the quick training/overview. I feel much better about my decision to move forward with this software after speaking with Lizzie.

I started to use Synder to eliminate a load of manual entry transactions from Cognito Forms. It not only works well but using the Rule feature it posts the transactions to the correct a/c code.

I had some problems because I speak Spanish and I was using a translator. But Tina & Felix was super helpful and was able to help me resolve the problems to understand the system.
They has been really helpful and patient in answering my questions.

The app is helpful in enabling us to get the best experience from using QuickBooks.

I had some problems with duplicate entries appearing in my Stripe account in Quickbooks and Tina was super helpful and was able to help me resolve the problem quickly and explain why it was occurring (it wasn't a problem with Synder that was causing the duplicates, but the way I was classifying transactions in my checking account). I was able to speak with someone almost immediately upon accessing the live chat.

So far, so good with my experience with Synder and I have to give it a 5 star rating for more reasons than one. It has truly helped me to streamline my bookkeeping records. For the past few years, I have been bookkeeping on excel but transferring to Xero due to growth meant inputting data. Synder has helped and will help massively going forward. Customer service has always been excellent too. My questions have been dealt with promptly and efficiently every time. Thank you Synder, I would truly recommend this platform.

I like how it integrates with Etsy and QBO. It is a lot better than the standard Etsy integration.

Key has been so helpful to me over the last few weeks. I was having trouble syncing my transactions. First we tried uploading the most recent version of synder-connector but I was still having challenges. He took the time to understand my challenges and forwarded them on to the appropriate person for repair. He then followed up with me. Last week I had a new challenge, I got on chat and asked if the person could find Key for me, they did. Key called me right away and even though I hung up on him (thought he said this was Key from Tinder), he called me back again. Key set up a zoom meeting with me, looked into how I had things set up and determined that this time, my pain was self inflicted as I had changed the name of the company in quickbooks by adding LLC. Once I changed the name back to what it was, I was up and syncing again. Yeah Key!!!
