Snyder has been so essential to help link my Quickbooks to all of the platforms I use for my business.

I wish I found this sooner. Having Stripe automated is saving my team so much time each week categorizing transactions accurately. We haven't been able to have accurate reporting of revenue before because payouts only show cash sent to the checking account vs actual revenue and fees. This has been a life saver.

Very helpful tool to automate the sync between stripe and QuickBooks. Definitely saves us time and is worth the cost!

Lizzie was super helpful and very patient. She helped us get everything set up and was able to answer all of my questions.

Overall, Synder does its job. There might feel like a bit of a struggle to set it up but overall its not complicated once you start.

I think this is one of the best options out there if you are dealing with stripe.

Synder has worked great for me and helped save tons of time. I migrated from the QB paypal app to synder as I was having issues.

I have to said that I tried several other providers before this one and this if the best I could find. I had a 2 hours introduction with a customer service rep which was amazing, really clarify all my doubts and explained me the whole system.

Lizzie helped me through the on-boarding process. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Helped me setup the initial integration with Quickbooks and Amazon Marketplace and basic settings. She asked me how my business operates and my current book-keeping process and tailored the setup experience to matched that.

She did not rush me on any questions that I had and was able to provide me all the answers. I would highly recommend Synder!

Tech support Tony has been incredibly helpful in getting my GoCardless integrated and in fact has gone well above and beyond what I could have hoped for. He's helped me resolve an actual nightmare!

It's a fantastic system that makes reconciling card payments and website transactions very simple.

However the flexibility of plans is very poor. It's very bad that there is no plan that fills the gap between a 100 transaction per month business and a 500 transaction per month business and there is no plan that is suitable for seasonal businesses like mine and other tourism businesses.
My business will use circa 150 transactions in the summer months and under 50 transactions in the winter months so I have to fill out reviews like this to earn 'bonus credits' so that I have extra credits to use in the summer as they don't allow my unused credits from the winter rollover to when I need them.

In the past it was possible to buy additional credits which was useful for seasonal business but now they'd rather make me sign up for an hugely unnecessary amount of credits at an unnecessarily high cost.

Basically they only really care about big businesses and show little care to the little man that wants to grow his business. This is highlighted further by the new band of plans which no longer has the 100 transaction plan available which has been reduced to a measly 50 transactions. Which in reality is only actually 25 sales as they use 1 credit for the transaction and another for the credit for the card processing fee.
In summary, if I want to continue to use their service I will have to increase my subscription from £15.99 per month to £71 per month!!!! ~An increase of £660.12 per year and a certainty that at least 60% of the credits are not needed. Disgusting disregard for small businesses.

Great time saving app that syncs really well with accounting software. A must for all bookkeepers!

Synders ability to import historical transactions has been a lifesaver! The seamless integration between Quickbooks online and all payment platforms is a huge time saver and makes it well worth the investment!

Synder makes a seamless connection with Paypal and stripe and properly accounts for the fees which is a big time saver

Saves me so much time importing all my Braintree and Etsy Sales. Etsy was so complicated but now its all done automatically. Love it!

Using provided tutorial videos, it felt extremely simple to set up our accounting automations. Synder's customer service was also exceptional, proactively reaching out to make sure we had everything organized and set up correctly. Thanks for all your help Lizzie!

I'm not tech savvy and was totally freaked out about some troubleshooting I needed to do between my Quickbooks and Stripe. George helped me so quickly and with simple, detailed information. I highly recommend Synder. Their customer service is the BEST!!!!

Onboarding was a disaster because Synder automatically created my account using my QuickBooks credentials after I connected that account, even though I specified to use a different email for my Synder account. That led to a whole chain of events starting with two organizations being created that resulted in Synder not working correctly to result in my transactions being auto-categorized in QuickBooks. So, my initial review would have been a one-star. However, there were two different support people I spoke to on the phone who really took their time to help me resolve the numerous problems. In the end, George helped me get everything sorted out so that it all appears to be functioning as I need it to, and it looks like Synder is going to enable me to save tons of time each month with my accounting. So, I'm subtracting a star for the onboarding glitch, but the support and apparent functionality are five stars.

George was wonderful to work with and helped me every step of the way. He was extremely patient as I had many questions and asked him to repeat things multiple times so I could process fully. He deserves a promotion and raise I am not an easy person to work with but he never once led me to believe I was any trouble and assisted with every issue and question i had.

Super helpful customer service. Synder is making it easy to track charitable donations in Stripe with both the gross donations and Stripe fees recorded in QuickBooks Online. Looking forward to more useful record keeping and donor tracking. Easy to implement so far.
