I am an accountant/bookkeeper based in Cardiff, United Kingdom. Our firm's name is Total Books. We were having issues with Synder-XERO integration. I requested help from Synder tech support.

A lovely tech specialist Liza came on board via Zoom. Liza took her time to understand my frustration and pinpointed the issues that were causing the conflict in my data.

Liza, on the live call, corrected the integration errors and set up a subsequent meeting to ensure no further errors were coming up.

Overall, extremely impressed with the tech support and customer services from Synder.

I wish more software companies could take a leaf out of Synder's book and implement the same tech support and customer services standards.

I just finished my onboarding meeting with Lizzie. She was AWESOME! Extremely knowledgeable with everything. She helped me get everything set up and now I don't have to spend hours reconciling Stripe deposits in QB.

I have had the absolute best customer service from Lizzie and Darya on my first day with Synder. They both have made the transition so much easier and eased my nerves about changing over our finances to a new system. Thank you for your help today. Whilst the service works for the most part, there are inherant flaws and getting support for these issues can at times be nothing short of a nightmare. My accountant is currently takling with their senior tech support due to incorrectly syncing transactions, and...

Don't expect a quick or easy resolution to getting a refund when their payment processor forces you to make multiple payments in order use the service you've already paid an excessive amount for.

Apparently it was an "accidental error by our Payment Processor". After hours spent trying to resolve the issue, over many days, I'm now being passed to the management team for the 2nd time to get the issue resolved.

What was previously a good experience with this company is starting to sour.

I'm doubtful I'll get a satisfactory resolution to this issue.

We opted for Synder due to its ability to connect many different payment gateways. We also like the ability to capture all the details behind every Stripe / Shopify sale into QBO - it's pretty seamless. The set up is a little tricky, so we're working through that, althoug it seems customer service is prett responsive and helpful!

Their support was great. Felix looked after my support request. I was having difficulty connecting my QBO account to Synder. He diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly.

Support for the Bookkeeping Challenged is Awesome.
Andrew was extremely patient in getting me going on this integration and it's now doing exactly what I needed it to do. I appreciate that there was no judgement at my lack of understanding of some basic accounting principles.

Andrew was phenomenal and helped me through intricate transaction corrections. He was patient while I navigated through the system. The best Chat and resolved all issues!!

Liz Nikanovich was patient, explained things well and doubled checked to make sure all issues were resolved. SOOOOO Helpful and eased my mind.

Liza made my experience great. She is one of the most knowledgeable support persons I have ever talked to. She knew Synder and was an expert in Stripe and Quickbooks online. Good app to sync all our eBay data, and great customer support from George taking care of our account

First of all, Synder is extremely well-developed and it has a lot of options, which may cause some confusion. Luckily, their support seems to be amazing. Andrew from the support team sat with me for hours, explaining things in detail, sending screenshots and working through problems with me in order to ensure everything was working properly.

I have been with Synder almost a year now. While there have been some glitches, they work quickly to resolve them. I have worked with Andrew quite a few times and he is always helpful and responsive.

We worked with Lizzie and she was extremely knowledgeable about Synder, Stripe and QuickBooks. She was able to effectively explain the processes to implement and work in Synder. I like this product a lot and would recommend it.
