Synder built an atomic bomb into our entire accounting and did nothing to fix it for one month. We do not know how to proceed, the Service is not replying and we do not really have a way out. We have thousands of orders in the backlog that are not synced and no way to solve the problem. Our cash flow is off, our inventory is off and we are entirely blind.

Be aware of all the fake reviews of newly added users that only rated Synder. Check the negative ratings for an accurate idea.

Update: The friendly Service team helped us to solve the complete shutdown after multiple weeks. Now the tool is 20% working with multiple failures per hour. Definitely not happy with the current state, as we have one person nearly full-time monitoring Synder.

Update: Weeks later, the tool is still not really working. Errors and red flags are everywhere. We are in 24/7 contact with support but no solution in sight.

Update: The tool seems to be running now. Support was very attentive in trying to help us, but it still took months to fix everything and be back on track.

Update: Another update. After reconciling our books we found countless other problems that were caused by Synder. The service guys (especially Vili) are legends but the tool simply does not work. It creates so many problems and we invest more time in trying to solve them than we are saving using the tool. For the past months, our inventory, sales figures, and revenues have been completely off and we are doing everything we can to straighten things out to close the year properly. So despite all the great and responsive service, Synder and everything is represents is probably the biggest problem we are currently dealing with as a company.

I am using Synder to sync the orders of Shopify with Quickbooks so I can get day to day cost of goods and profit. What I like about Synder is the amount of options and details available to choose and see, which other free apps don't have. In addition to the awesome customer support that they have, I am dealt with Lana and Felix so far and they are very helpful and fast.

I had been assisted by Ms. Sophie, she was very kind and helped me resolving my issue quite well.

Lana provided excellent support for me! Over an hour!

She was very patient as we navigated Synder's powerful (yet complex) interface.

I have worked with George Bylin on several occasions now and found him to be extremely helpful ad patient. I would highly recommend Synder and George.

Extremely dishonest billing practices - it's impossible to cancel your account online.

Sure, there's a button to cancel, but when you click it the only two choices are "keep my account" or "schedule a call with us to be allowed to cancel your account"

Synder's reply below is false.

Notably, they respond on TrustPilot, but they still haven't responded to my emails requesting a cancellation.

They continue to refuse to cancel my account without be submitting to a phone call with them at a time and date of their choosing - even though I signed up online, even though I expressed that I do not use the product and do not care about the data.

I even called them and spoke with a live person and requested a cancellation. They refused to cancel on that call.

So far, I am very happy with synder.com. They have been doing a good job at helping me and my accounant set up the integration between my merchant accounts and quickbooks. Liza N, who has helped us today, was particularly helpful.

Synder is an excellent app and their support is always great but the help I got from George was top notch. Would highly recommend this product to facilitate Stripe transactions integration. It works extremely well and if there's something you need help with don't hesitate to reach out to Support and if you get George then even better!

George was an extreme help when it came to getting our account setup with all the right details ensuring a smooth process.

A very quick way to link my Stripe payments and fees to my Quickbooks account! What I've been looking for. 4 stars because it's pretty confusing to use to start with, however after watching some videos on how to use it, it gets easier!

I needed help getting invoices added into QB from my Stripe portal going back to the beggining of the year and Snyder helped me accomplish that easily and quickly. George Bylin was my guy in getting me squared away as well. Offered great advice and quick to respond

One of the best experiences I've had with any company. Synder fully automates all your sales entries and associated costs directly into QuickBooks seamlessly.

This is a major time saver for us and correctly setting up clearing accounts to deal with all our sales receipts, payment partner expenses and payouts is literally a dream. Fully aotmated now.

I cannot recommend this service highly enough and although we had some difficulty during setup as we have quite a uniqe WooCommerce multisite, George in support was brilliant in constantly communicating and keeping our case up to date right until the final resolution.
