Emailed customer service as i was not sure of a tranaction. Was assisted by Renata who provided correct and helpful information from start to finish. My initial mail was answerd within 45 mins and the follow up mail a a few minutes later. The best customer service i have had in a long time, professional and efficient. Thanks again Renata for putting my mind at rest.

For more than 1 month, the transactions made via Shopify payments are not imported into Synder (for some reason). Because of that, I cannot create invoices for my customers into Quickbooks, which is SUPER important to every business. I have contacted the customer support multiple times, and they keep answering they are on it for more than one month! Absolutely nothing has been done. They don't seem to understand the urgency of the topic...

Also, there are way too overpriced. Some competitors offer the same for 3 times cheaper.

Finally, be careful with the reviews on the web, as they are manipulating them. They offer free credits in exchange of reviews.

Synder saves me so much time in syncing transactions between Stripe and Quickbooks. I'd definitely recommend for any online retailers/service providers who use Stripe to process payments. Have been using for 8 months, and never had a problem with the accuracy of the data.

This app has helped streamline my operations and saved my hours of manually inputting data. Whether it is at noon, 8:00 PM or 4:00 AM, if I have a question, I can just jump on the instant message chat and connect with an ACTUAL person in less than 30 seconds. I once spent over two hours getting help from someone and they literally sent me screen shots of the step by step processes of how to accomplish what I was trying to do. Yes, you have to pay for syncing transactions BUT you can talk to customer service and get a rate that fits your needs. This is not an app to be cheap on and it has saved me money and time to get the top tier features. Andrey was an all star this morning and quickly helped me resolve an issue. Felix has been my go-to and spent hours with me setting things up and helped me step-by-step. Their people don't make you feel like just some user but like an actual priority and as a small business owner--that means a lot! I would highly recommend this app based on the care to detail and customer service aspect alone.
