It's a simple product. It does a straightforward job of syncing the transaction correctly. The problem is they keep increasing prices, gating features in higher plans, and introducing dark billing patterns. The users aren't their primary focus anymore. When I tried unsubscribing, it wouldn't let me and they forced me to schedule a call instead. Ridiculous.

In getting started with Snyder I was coming from another integration service that we'd invested a good bit of time and money into only to find out they didn't meet our needs. I opened a chat and Renata was kind enough to answer all of our questions and send us some guides to get us started. So far my experience with Snyder has been fantastic.

Had a few connection problems, but George was extremely helpful and we got there in the end. Great software when running smoothly - takes a lot of the stress away from trying to manage multiple accounts

I am new to Synder, and had experience some difficulties at the beginning and Andrey was very kind and helpful. With his explanations, I was able to settle my problem!

Lizzie was fabulous in our onboarding call. She walked me through all the steps, and even gave me tips on how to better configure my QBO. I now feel highly confident that my synchronization will work correctly, that I've streamlined my process and I'm also equipped to make changes and update on my own. Thank you Lizzie!!!

Synder has streamlined our bookkeeping with great software and more importantly great customer support. Lizzie has made herself available and goes above and beyond to make sure our accounting integration with quickbooks is a well oiled machine!

My initial thought of Synder was disappointing, I had reached out for human tech support, but I received emails to link to tutorial support.

I did receive one telephone call and the woman said we had a bad connection, said she would have to call back, and immediately hung up, never called back.

Thankfully, George Bylin called me yesterday, and discovered that I had Synder accounting and not linked to QuickBooks. Therefore, he assisted with canceling Synder accounting and resigning me to link with QuickBooks. I am profoundly grateful for his knowledge and support. At this time, I am going to catch up with my bookkeeping, with hopes to try again in August, as George has shown me that Synder will meet my needs for additional support with QuickBooks.

Lisa Nikanovich is the best. she knows exactly how to explain the software. She is surely an asset to your company. She is so good that i even offered her a job.

While I can see the software is very powerful and cool and can probably do alot of cool stuff. However, this company's product did not handle my company's situation. After some initial hurdles, all was resolved with their head of customer service. The only thing I would make sure is perhaps if people do a bit more research before signing up as they have a no refund policy if the product does not do what you need.

Lizzie was amazing! She understood the problems I was having and wasted no time in fixing. I wish all support people were as polite, professional and knowledgeable as she is.

I've been using Synder for over a year now. The product works as expected, with few or no errors that I had to go back and fix. It makes bookkeeping reconciliation much easier (basically, all revenue is taken care of).

In the few instances where I had to redo syncs (once because my Square API got disconnected, another because I had gone over my limit and only caught it after a few days), their support team has been pretty quick to respond and help resolve.

Overall, I'm happy with the product and price point. It could get expensive if you have a lot of transactions, so this product might not be worth it for low AOV, high volume businesses (eg a cafe).

App works great, solve the Stripe/Paypal Sync Problem.

They charge too much for the service they provide, there are other, cheaper options available that I'll be switching to.
