Excellent customer service
I had an issue with ordering the wrong part and it was rectified with ease and very satisfactorily. Excellent service and communication throughout. Happy with products, price and packaging. Would certainly go to them again.

You say you have other options but they are not presented to the user at time of purchase.
Also local drop off is not offered.
I appreciate you do try to offer option but your website offered options let you down.

Prompt delivery, but the wrong part. My fault !.
Bought a 50mm rubber tee from this company. Arrived promptly, but turned out I had ordered the wrong part. If only I had taken the time to browse their comprehensive website I would have found the perfect solution first time. Drat !
