I use table agent for my business and it works really well in 3 years never had a problem!

Table agent is a scam and they are unhelpful. They take your call if they want to and they never respond to email. We Never used our table agent account for anything, yet we have a review on table agent from a customer that has never visited us nor have we ever used table agent. We have emailed them multiple times to try to close the account we have called them with no luck. Customer service is appalling do not use table agent.

Restaurant didn’t have out reservation and never heard of table agent so no table for us

This site seems to be a scam! I had a guest show up at my business thinking they had made a reservation for my restaurant through TableAgent. I had never heard of TableAgent and of course, we didn't have a reservation for the guest.

I attempted to reach their offices by phone only to be "disconnected" when I asked why they were accepting reservations for my business without my permission. I tried to call back but the phone went straight to a message. I called a third time from a different phone number, and the same person answered the phone, I immediately asked to speak with a supervisor and I was immediately "disconnected" again.

Made a reservation for Valentine's Day, one week in advance. When I showed up to the restaurant they said they didn't have my reservation and never heard of Table Agent before.

I came to book a table for a meal at one of my local pubs and ended up using Tableagent. My booking was confirmed and I received an email from Tableagent confirming this.
However, when I arrived at the pub I was informed that they didn't serve food on Tuesday's and Tableagent should not have allowed my booking. By coincidence the rep from Tableagent was present and after the landlord spoke to him, he confirmed that it was a 'glitch' and should not have occurred. As a result I had to make alternative arrangements at the last minute. I cannot recommend Tableagent and I will certainly not be using it again following my experience. If you do use them I recommend confirming with the actual venue that the booking is valid before setting out and wasting your time (which kind of defeating the object of using Tableagent in the first place)
