Table tennis rubber is good
Table tennis rubber is good, delivery was not. Address was incorrect on the sticker and multiple deliveries failed due to that . After all week of failed deliveries had to drive to delivery hub and pick item myself, where spotted that the address was completely wrong even though I have entered correct address when ordering...

I have checked the info on our Fedex account and what was in our webshop and what was given to Fedex was exactly the same, this should be since this goes via an automated connection.

Very professional Table Tennis Store
There was a small delay in the delivery of my first order, the fault was with the courier but SE Tabletennis Store took immediate responsibility and sorted it out to my satisfaction. Their prices are very fair and their communication is excellent. They have a good range of quality products and they provide very good service, I can highly recommend dealing with them, I will definitely buy from them again.

Excellent customer service
I bought a table tennis T shirt that started fraying after one use. SE table tennis superstore replaced in within 2 weeks and didn’t ask to return the original damaged one, no questions asked. Excellent customer service. Well done!

The goods were delivered on time and were all as ordered. Unfortunately one of their suppliers was short of stock so 1 item was not sent. The company rectified this by reimbursing me straight away once i asked for a refund. They have been very helpful and responsive and I will definitely use them again.
