Barefaced Scam, paid by visa debit so no comeback, purchased from Facebook. Same spurious tracking stating it was attempted to deliver in Cambridge, should have been delivered to my address in Nottingham, support email bounces.

As with all others below, ordered motorcycle dolly, got spurious dhl confirmation showing it delivered to Shannon, other end of the country. support email bounced back as undeliverable. Facebook should be ashamed allowing these guys to use their platform to scam people.

this company is a total scam. Learned my lesson and i hope you take everyones ratings seriously and avoid them like the plague. I would not even give them a one star except its the lowest

Fatto acquisto il 07/05/2023 un Dolly Mover con blocca ruota anteriore per la mia moto.
Avviata spedizione per l'Italia il 09/05 dopo vari progressi di tracciamento arriva al centro postale di Milano per poi passare il 22/05 al centro postale di Prato che attesta come consegna effettuata ma non sanno dirmi a chi e dove perchè trattasi del numero spedizione LV760643341CN di una busta raccomandata e NON del collo di merce.
Scritte diverse e-mail al supporto clienti TALAFISH mai avuta una risposta!
Considerando la mia esperienza sopra citata deduco di essere stato TRUFFATO!!!

Purchased on 07/05/2023 a Dolly Mover with front wheel chock for my bike.
Shipping started for Italy on 09/05 after various tracking progresses, it arrives at the postal center of Milan and then passes on 22/05 to the postal center of Prato which certifies that delivery has been made but they cannot tell me to whom and where because it is the number shipment LV760643341CN of a registered envelope and NOT of the parcel of goods.
Wrote several emails to TALAFISH customer support never got a response!
Considering my experience mentioned above I deduce that I have been SCAMMED!!!

Paid for motorcycle dolly. Checked tracking. Showed delivered from a depot 300 miles away but never received. No reply to emails. Pursuing visa charge back. Fake Facebook company. Lesson learned!

Got scammed like everyone else. Realised it a couple of days later. Ordered on debit card so raised a claim with my bank. I since received a dhl tracking number for a delivery to a completely different end of the country. They must send thd same tracking number to everyone.

Like everyone else on here I ordered a motorcycle dolly in April and never received it. Their email and telephone numbers don’t work. They are thieves. I’ve reported to Facebook but they’re still on there.

Placing a claim with Credit card company.

Looks like I got scammed as well - a folding motorcycle rolling stand. Ordered 2.
Got an email thanking me for my money, but nothing afterwards. Ordered on 16th April, haven't heard from them to date....

Ordered a Motorcycle Dolly then noticed my email address was incorrect. Sent an email to support email address which bounced! Searched to see if it was a scam site and ended up here.

Total scam site! Took my money, no shipping email or confirmation. Emails bounce and phone number is disconnected.

Avoid like the plague!

Update: I got an email that my product had shipped. Oh really? Checked the shipping info and it said delivered to front porch in Evans, GA, however, I live in California. Sent another email reply, bounced again.

Just send me the motorcycle doll or my money back

Ordered a motorbike dolly. Received an email with order number. Since then, email never delivered, telephone number inactive supposed an US company but registered in GB with fake company number. Do not understand how Facebook is supporting such fraud/scam?

UPDATE: I have received a partial refund from Mastercard due to the currency exchange the credit card company always apply! My lost is reduced to 6,28 CAD$. Hey FACEBOOK wake up! Do you know you promote a fraudulent activity?
