The nicest bedding I have ever owned
The nicest bedding I have ever owned! I got the muslin bedding set and it is unbelievably soft, even after multiple washes. And it doesn’t need ironing which is a plus point for me! Perfect for Winter and summer, my go to bedding from now on.

What a brilliant Company to buy from
What a brilliant Company to buy from. From the start the experience of using their website was easy to navigate. The choice was impressive and ordering was a simple process.
I was surprised to find that once ordered the items would be dispatched from India especially as the website was UK based. However any doubts quickly disappeared when their chosen (free) delivery service (DHL) were constantly keeping us updated with progress eg package departed India, package arrived Germany, package cleared customs. Every step was notified. Package was ordered 23/07/26 and delivered to our house 27/07/26, that's a brilliant service in anyone's book.
I would have no qualms about recommending this Company to anyone looking for quality bedding.

I recently purchased bedding from Tagelos, and I’m really impressed with the quality. The fabric is incredibly soft, comfortable, and feels premium. Great color!
Not as soft as some of the other versions of this I have, hopefully that will change with successive washes. Other than that, everything is great. Love the color. I was hoping the astral blue wasn’t just navy, but a more electric indigo and you totally delivered on that! Looks great. Delivered in a timely manner. Thank you!

Wish I knew it was coming from India
Unfortunately, I had to contact customer service as my order was taking longer than expected (the standard delivery time). Unbeknownst to me, my order was coming from India. Nowhere on the website says it ships from India, even though it makes it look like it comes from somewhere in the UK. However, customer service was very lovely and handled my worried questions with absolute politeness. Please make this information known, as I would have had a better sense of the timing and would have been less stressed. Overall, my fitted sheet is lovely, deep and organic (hard to find). I might buy more bedding in the future. Like the look of the muslin. Thank you.

Unable to return item / no correspondence
I accidentally orders 2 packs of pillow cases and therefore wanted to return one. Completed the return form on the portal and emailed but no correspondence on how or where to return to.
