Not sure
Have been using tax scouts for a few years however this time I had a query on a number and didnt get a reply I had to chase up a second time. It turns out the figure I had queried was added up incorrectly, although it was a small discrepency, it's made me a little uneasy for next time.
Website easy to use, clear and I'm normally a fan of this service

Cannot recommend highly enough
Cannot recommend highly enough. Extremely user-friendly platform together with a helpful, friendly and efficient personal tax advisor who is quick to respond and happy to answer any questions. The whole process was simple, fast and efficient.
From a sole trader who knows nothing about tax, this service is a cost-effective and efficient life-saver, managing my self-assessment return every year!

Malos en la declaracion de la renta
Al menos en España, para la declaración de la renta no sirven. Pagas la cuota para la declaracion, la plataform te hace mil preguntas, como por ejemplo retorno de inversiones, metes los datos, luego cuando te hacen el borrador de la declaracion no meten los datos de retornos de inversiones, no se fijan en lo que respondes. Para eso acepto el borrador directamente.

Helped with first time self assessment
First time having to fill in self assessment and Taxfix provided an easy to use system via Accountant. Some initial problems with terminology etc but online help service very good. Will use again.

Terrible
Terrible. Been a customer for more than two years and then keep putting the prices up even when companies only have one or two transactions and are still in product development stage and then they don’t send reminders or are proactive with filing. Ok top of that the website is poor and doesn’t work right now to log in.
