I had expected delivery next day by DHL. The order was sent by royal Mail who proved as suspected to be totally unreliable. Meaning delivery took 4 days and we need to collect from their offices!

Great Service and Packaging
I have my usual suppliers but that takes 3 days on average for delivery. I was looking for a cigar shop near me last Friday at about 4 pm. I stumbled on Cigar Holder - spoke to someone and he assured me if I placed my order there and then the cigars would be delivered to my house that evening. I normally smoke Maduros from Drew Estate but they did not have them stocked. He recommended the Maduro by their Artisan supplier. Sure enough the cigars turned up about 2 hours later.... I was very impressed and it is good value for money. Overall great service.

Perfect service! Couldn't recommend more
Just received my first order, arrived within 2 hours of ordering and they even threw in the cigar holder for free! Very helpful on the phone and the guy that delivered the order was very friendly too, fantastic service! Fully recommend.

Great service is still out there
I live in a suburb of Chicago.

I received it in just five days.
Also I was quite impressed with the packaging.

Great Gordo.
