I had expected delivery next day by DHL. The order was sent by royal Mail who proved as suspected to be totally unreliable. Meaning delivery took 4 days and we need to collect from their offices!

You sits is orderly and simple to use from a laptop or iPhone. I originally visited your site because I could not find a local distributor that had La Flor Dominicana's Andalusian Bull in stock. The cigars arrived in five days, beautifully wrapped and with the miniature Bovedas intact. It's obvious that you care are your business, customers and cigars themselves. For those reasons, Cigar Holder is now on my list of regulary online cigars dealers. In fact, I just ordered a half-dozen Upmann Magnum 54s and HdM Epicure No. 2s, knowing they'll arrive in superior condition. Nicely done!

Fantastic quality and choice
Bought the cigar sampler as a gift for my husband. Beautiful packaged with care and wrapped in branded tissue, it felt special and worth the money. Delivery was prompt and on time with regular updates by text. My husband was thrilled and appreciated the added vshape cigar cutter. He described the sampler as an excellent beginners selection to better understand the varying quality and strengths of cigars from around the world. I would highly recommend and would buy from this site again for reassuring quality, value for money and great customer experience.
