Not worth the price
I purchased a sample pack and have used 4 samples till date. I didn’t find anything unique about the taste. It tastes like any other black tea such as Taj or 24 Mantra. I don’t see any point paying a premium for teabox tea.

My discovery of the Darjeeling Risheehat Spring Chinary Black was nothing short of a revelation. From the moment I opened the packet, the freshness of the leaves was unmistakable — a bright, delicate aroma that immediately hinted at something special.
After a quick rinse, the leaves released their full bouquet, instantly awakening my senses. On the palate, this tea reveals remarkable complexity: fresh, clean notes and, above all, a refined astringency that lingers beautifully long after the last sip. This is the first time I’ve tasted a tea of such high quality — and I’m absolutely delighted.
I also want to commend Teabox’s customer service. Due to a stock shortage with my original order, the team recommended this tea as a replacement. It turned out to be a perfect choice, and I’m truly grateful for the suggestion.
Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful discovery and for your professionalism. This spring Darjeeling has earned a special place in my collection.

Poor Response Time - Have not received order
Ordered a chai sampler. It has been over two weeks after being promised 8-10 days. I wrote to Teabox and received the following response 3 days ago, "We truly apologise for this experience. This is definitely not what we had in mind for you. We are following up with our logistics team for an update and we'll get back to you with more information. Once again, apologies for this. We appreciate your patience as we look into this for you." Still no response. The "tracking" has not been updated since April 28.
I don't normally purchase tea for a premium price, but I thought I would give it a shot. HIGHLY disappointed. I have asked for my order to be cancelled and my card refunded. If I don't hear anything, I will call my credit card company.
UPDATE: Teabox responded to this review saying that the tea has been delivered. This is not true. The tracking has not been updated since 4/28. This order was placed on April 20. According to Teabox, delivery should take between 8-10. I live in Saudi Arabia and have gotten deliveries from China in 5 days. I have an email from Teabox promising me a refund if I did not receive my order within 24 hours. It has been over 24 hours and have not heard about a refund. I wish I could give this review zero stars because that is how much tea that I have received.

At first I was a little skeptical, but checked reviews etc and made the jump. The Tea is great. It took some time (which was expected), delivery was wrong (but corrected fast) and the tea is a little bit expensive, but to be expected for quality. Therefore 4 stars. (And a half if it was possible)

Dejoo and Dikom tea
Dejoo and Dikom tea. I was excited to see the Dejoo after drinking it for maybe 10 years then being unable to find it for the last several years. I truly looked forward to the rich mouth feel, warm maltiness and slight citrus sweetness. Alas, that is not the tea I received. Both teas were just OK, nothing better than the bulk Assams available everywhere for a lot less money. I guess you'll tell me about the weather, soil, moon cycles and clothing of the pickers being responsible. I doubt those factors are the reason for my disappointment.
