Bought a Smartdash pro from these guys at the end of August last year, it started crashing in Nov/Dec about the same time as their website went down 🤔 been trying to get hold of them ever since.
They have no after service and obviously dont care about return or repeat business.
Would never buy such rubbish from them again. A complete waste of nearly £100.

Bought s22 ultra 512 g in january end feb into march kept freezing not letting me use it at all could do days without a phone and being disabled needed my phone to keep in touch contacted seller nothing for 3 weeks still freezing locking and now getting very hot on back sent another message nothing and another 3 messages tried to tell ebay what they were doing only for them to say they couldnt help so £325 down the drain had reply 3 weeks ago sorry to hear of my problems will be intouch nothing again thought buy dearer phone to work better and larger memory for pic of my grandchildren but not worked like that so stuck with a usless phone that doesnt work half the time

I purchased a Samsung S23 ultra from this company for £340. When it arrived I found it was locked into another region and couldn’t be changed. They offered a refund and organised a return delivery. This was returned within agreed period. Today I received an email stating that they were refunding me £180 due to damage to the phone ie scratches on the screen, needing repairs etc. This is a complete fabrication. I sent this phone back in pristine condition. They are running some kind of scam. I only had the phone for a short time and never used it due to region issue. DO NOT BUY from this company

Nice bit of kit, easy set up. Didn’t use the instructions supplied as they seem to be lacking in step by step. The app doesn’t download, unless a black screen is the download.
But, very happy with it.
Thought it was UK based, gives every indication that it is. Thankfully unlike some, my order arrived

The payment was processed through Klarna.
I tried to contact Mr Paul from Tech, as well klarna to inform them about the issues, but unfortunately, I did not get any support from either to pay my money back or to send the item to me.
I will encourage people to be careful with this company.

I bought a SmartDash™ Pro CarPlay Tablet 2025 and returned it unopened via RM recorded delivery. I am still awaiting a refund 2 months later. I have started a charge back via with my bank.

Avoid…. Have a uk on line address but actually based in China. Took a month to get here, chased up by email several times and no response to any emails. I wanted to return it but didn’t want the hassle it entailed. Set it up….. just ok as it looses signal all the time. Read reviews next time.

placed an order took a month to delivery after many many emails due to the time it took to deliver it was no longer needed, I have attempted to get a refund however tech trove do not respond to any emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Really poor possibly a scam. My order has not arrived and I have been chasing techtrove since September. The company have now gone radio silent. I’m emailing three times a day direct to the support team. They just don’t respond. Initially I was speaking to them on the phone. But now the call just rings out. I tried the AI chat and it sends you to the email option. This is very disappointing.

I am still waiting for my item to be shipped that was ordered on 3rd November. I have emailed several times requesting a refund and have had zero response.The chatbot keeps saying wait 24 hours for a response. I think I'll take it up with my bank now that I've seen all their terrible reviews. I only wish I had checked before ordering.

Great service again as this is my second unit from yourselves, was so impressed when I bought my first one for my work van I had to buy another for my own van.
Simple set up as well.

Overall I’m happy with my screen. It appears to work quite well albeit I have connectivity issues with it sometimes not recognising the Bluetooth on my phone. Somewhat concerned that I thought it would ship from Ireland when in fact it shipped from China and took quite a while to arrive.

Easy too install. Would help if you let customers know its coming from china, easy too plan if its a gift for someone and not gamble on delivery date

I bought a car smart car dash and paid extra for a hard wire kit
I think it was £14.99 extra
Unfortunately the kit wasn’t supplied
If you are a small company you need too post what was paid for too make happy customers
I am far from happy not receiving what I paid for in good faith

Very impressed so far. Arrived within days of order. Very easy to set up. Excellent camera quality

Easy to order on Web site , delivery reasonable quick.
Installation was easy if you follow instructions and read before attempting to install, you won't be disappointed once you are up and running the product is brilliant and I love it.Very pleased with the quality .
Used it for a couple of weeks now and still impressed, let's hope it lasts.

Ordered in good faith could have ordered anywhere, but badly let down

Missing items from order. Contacted customer support on various occasions. Promised missing items would be sent but didn't receive. Asked for a refund 3 times but still waiting for a response. Will be seeking legal action for my money back! Avoid this company as you don't get what you pay for!
