I had such a great experience with TecTake. My order arrived in just 6 days and I loved being able to track it every step of the way. When two of the chairs arrived with the wrong bolts I reached out to their team and they sent the correct ones no hassle at all, only pain it was another 6 days.
I’ve never had flat-pack furniture where everything lined up so perfectly. The quality is fantastic and I’ll definitely be back for more. Highly recommended

Easy to order, fast delivery, well packaged and excellent chairs.

Delays in recieving a swing. That was ordered 14 days before a birthday ( this was a present) Emailed several times and was asked to check with neighbours, go to the sorting office and parcel force all to no avail. I then recieved acemail requesting i print out documents, sign them and return, so they could investigate the drivrr. This was 3 weeks after the intended delivrry date. I then contacted Tesco market place and they intervened and a swing was then dispatched. It arrived broken and more hassle of getting this returned. It took 5 weeks to get my money back plus a disapionted child. Very negative experiencr

The item came damage reported same. Told them and sent pictures, was asked what I would like to happen, told them send replacement parts. Still waiting after approximately two probably three weeks. No parts, no reply

Very easy to contact and good communication. I had to cancel an order (my fault and not Tectake) as I incorrectly measured the height of the seat on some bar stools. Tectake took my call, I spoke to someone and a refund was sorted. All good and shame I ordered the wrong thing.

If i could give zero stars i would. I have never come across a more unprofessional customer service team in ny life. Laughing at customers, hanging up the phone, delaying orders.
Order an item, only recieved half the item, rang tectake on Monday, 5 fraud later still no item has been sent.
Will not answer the phone, ignores emails. Terrible company employing terrible staff. Dont waste your money on this company

I never normally take the time to write a review but on this occasion I felt I must. I was wanting to replace our sunlounger covers x 8 which I wasn’t sure was possible. I sent an enquiry and got a very prompt response from Thea who then proceeded to follow through the order very politely and efficiently. She was very informative and proactive. In a time where most responses are auto generated, it was a delight to be able to deal with a human…and a very lovely and efficient one too! I have now received my order and delighted with them. Thank you Thea and Tectake for making the whole process so easy. Can’t recommend enough!

We bought a contemporary bistro set. Great design, but the small amount of self assembly you have to do would be impossible for most people due to the appalling quality of manufacture. Threads were bad (they wouldn’t take the screws) and holes were way out of alignment. We chose to keep it as I am a mechanical engineer and have the tools and skills to sort it. It took two hours and we’re pleased with the finished product but it really should have been returned for a refund. Tectake aren’t doing the German reputation for engineering any favours at all with this sort of quality.
