Hi Hannah you ordered this on Christmas day. Neither the 25th or 26th are working days so the goods weren't shipped until the 29th. They were delivered on the 8th January which is a total of 6 working days- which we acknowledge is over the eta of 3 to 5 working days.

Hi Allison, I'm really sorry about the issues with this order. Unfortunately when we went to ship the goods the last item did not pass inspection and we were forced to cancel the order.
You should have automatically received an email explaining this and we apologise if that did not reach you.

DAMAGED ITEM AND BAD/NO SUPPORT. I bought a ladder set, which was delivered with a big hole in the box and damage to the product. I sent photos and was initially offered a partial refund but then they just stopped responding to my emails. Not only have a paid good money for a faulty product but they've wasted my time taking photos and sending emails, only to be ignored. Shockingly bad.
Update: the reply below states that I have not read my emails. I have responded to the emails they sent me offering a partial refund or replacement parts several times and they have ignored them. Placing the blame back on me in the response shows a lack of integrity!

Very disappointing plus non-existent customer service
On receipt of the product it was not what I expected (rather than vinyl infinity screen, it was simply - very creased - soft fabric). I reviewed the return page on TecTake's website but it was unclear on some aspects of the return so I contacted them to arrange my return. I have not heard from them (this was easily 2 months ago) and still have a product I have no use of, and a significant chunk of cash out of my account. Very disappointing
Re: your reply: that's the address I've been sending to without response. I forwarded the message yesterday and again today. How else can I contact you if my messages aren't reaching you? Domain I'm sending from is the4elementscompany dot com.

Spark plug mug.
The product, a coffee cup in the shape of a spark plug, was delivered in a timely and efficient manor. Unfortunately the product is not finished well and should not have past quality control. It was not cheap.

The chairs are damaged and can’t contact for return!!
The chairs are lovely, but two have come damaged, black stains on the seating, yellow paint on the brass.
I have tried to fill out a claim form but it won’t accept my email address to send it online.
I am so disappointed. I wish I could upload the pictures to show you.
Don’t buy because you’re gambling with your money.
