The item arrived promptly and well packed. The stand itself could do with some finesse as it is was tricky to expand the feet without slacking off some of the fittings and a cap was broken when it arrived but it did not hinder the operation. Considering the cost its actually decent value.

Ordered a Lederhosen set which was very good quality. However, it unfortunately did not fit me. I reached out via email for a refund and Thea from customer service was very helpful. I had no issues with return and refund.

Well built and smart looking. Only slight drawback would be for the larger person as the seat area (width) isn't very wide.

Good garden bench, not so great service especially on delivery. I was only informed of an approximate arrival time late in the morning on the day of the delivery. Despite agreeing to reschedule the delivery to the next day so I could be home, it was left on my doorstep without me actually receiving it. The product also had scuffs and a bent metal fixing.

Absolutely love my new garden furniture. Was a little awkward to put together due to the holes not quite aligning but looks great and fits perfectly where I wanted it.

A great bench, settled handsomely in the garden. I had an issue with just one of the screws during assembly. My own ineptitude. It did not fully insert into its hole but it is out of sight & firmly fixed. Delivery from Germany was prompt.
Low maintenance par excellence in the garden so on a par with aluminium benches for labour saving.

The chairs are well made and comfortable. They were reasonably easy to put together (I got someone to do it)
And look good in the garden. My only regret is that they don't recline, the footrest just goes up a little, but it doesn’t affect their use. I would also have liked to be able to buy a custom made weather cover for them. I am pleased with them.

From prices to ordering and receiving my order, the process was transparent and easy. Even when I made a query about my delivery, it was dealt with promptly and very well.
