Good product but delivery took longer than expected

Ordered 4 garden chairs online which were coming from Germany. The order was delivered very quickly. The chairs were well packed and all ok.

Furniture arrived within a few days and on time.

Delivery was prompt and the quality of the product seems very good. I've used my steam juicer once and a hot tip is to keep the water on a high boil to promote quick extraction.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Tectake, and I can honestly say they went above and beyond my expectations. From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding. Contacted customer services about the black paint blistering & peeling off of the underside of patio table glass panels. Purchased 2 years ago at a cost of £400 & it's covered every winter. Sent them photos to evidence problem. Their response was that "this can sometimes happen". It shouldn't. The paint is obviously not fit for purpose as this never happened to my previous table in 20 years!!.
They offered replacement glass panels FOR ME TO BUY!
I don't think so 🤬
